We cannot recommend them highly enough. As a landlord, I’ve found their property stewardship to be second to none. They are incredibly proactive and always ensure that everything from maintenance to tenant relations is handled seamlessly. They truly go above and beyond to provide an stress-free experience, and I trust them implicitly.

There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

During all this time Lorna has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable guiding me in the right direction. When I sold my rental property it came with many problems which Lorna overcame with hard work and good advice. Her communication was always first class. I would highly recommend as her work ethic is second to none

Hayley and James supported us through both selling our home and purchasing our forever home, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. They were incredibly attentive to our needs from start to finish, really taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Their guidance, communication, and expertise made the whole process feel smooth and far less stressful than we expected. This is the second time we’ve bought and sold with them, and once again we received truly 5-star treatment. Very professional team always going the extra mile. The office team in particular Blair was always polite friendly and helpful . Thank you for taking the time to reply but looking at your previous responses to other disgruntled customers, you appear to be not the best at taking criticism nor accepting poor performance on your part. 10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

23rd Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Recently, we successfully sold a property in Cannock, Staffordshire. Liam handled the entire sale process, from the initial enquiry to completion. His professionalism, unwavering support, and particularly his assistance to our first-time buyer, enabled us to complete the transaction more expeditiously than anticipated. Liam was always available to respond promptly to our inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to resolving any concerns efficiently. We can’t praise Liam enough for the work he did on this sale. 10/10 We insisted that Liam work on this sale for us because we were unable to collaborate with Heidi due to her ineffectiveness in handling fundamental tasks. Consequently, we lost our initial sale, which ultimately fell through because she failed to exercise the necessary diligence and attention in ensuring the successful completion of the first sale.

Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. We’d absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.
