24th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I called on Friday to enquire about a viewing and the woman I spoke to couldn’t have been more rude. It was obvious that on that day the last thing she wanted to do was work. All she did was give me snappy responses and when she finally did mention I could go and see the house at 11:30am on Saturday, she then snapped again saying ‘well you need to complete the form I’ll send you really quick otherwise someone else will take your spot’ and then she proceeded to say that it will be a block viewing so I asked if it’s possible to perhaps arrange a private viewing as I wasn’t particularly keen on a block viewing and she hang up on me straight away?? If this is how your agents behave and speak to customers then I really wonder how you manage to sell or let anything. Wouldn’t recommend and I’d avoid any future property listings if I will see your name on it.

5th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I used this agent to manage my apartment. The property was damaged due to no inspection taken. Tracing compensation by email no reply. Call on the phone but keep saying waiting DPS reply month after month. They don't reply in writing to leave proof.

8th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I rarely if ever give any company Five Star reviews let alone an estate agent ! However Jordan Fishwick Wilmslow went above and beyond during the sale of my house. I have to give the majority of the credit to Richard Peck, who pushed the process along each week and made sure the whole chain moved forward. Richard is a consummate professional. 19th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

The pre letting appraisal provided realistic advice in the present climate and a high level of interest was received immediately. The advertisement and photographs portrayed a warm and welcoming reflection of the home and its village location. An excellent tenant seems to have been found and all formalities have been handled efficiently and executed fully. We highly recommend the agency which has provided a personal and professional service.

I couldn’t fault them. They were always on hand to answer any questions or update me on the process. Nothing was too much trouble. If at any point I was to consider relocating to another property, I would certainly consider using them to sell my house. So thank you to the whole team for making the process straightforward and easy to manage. I wish you all the best for the new office. We sold our property back in July 2023 had a long chain but Woodhall’s were outstanding they kept us informed at all times and went above and beyond!!
