4th Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)This review is nothing to do with a house sale but purely a thank you and an acknowledgement for the kindness and care shown to myself when my husband became unexpectedly ill near to their office today and the paramedics had to be called. The staff here were so kind to me helping me find a safe place to park our car, offering me support and even taking our 2 dogs into their office to care for them while I stayed with my husband. I do not know anyones individual names but we are both extremely grateful for your help in what was a very stressful situation for us.

The team was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Their communication was outstanding, always keeping me informed and responding quickly to any queries I had. They showed great attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service. 10th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)I was told I could not view the flat unless I first spoke with their mortgage broker. This appears to be conditional selling, which is not appropriate practice. Disappointing experience with the agent.

20th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)If you are reading this debating on which estate agent to use, there is no need to look any further! We turned to Maurice Kilbride after using a well known national company, and we are so pleased that we did. From the outset we realised that the offering this independent agency provided exceeded our expectations. The marketing of our property was excellent, and when we obtained a buyer, MK liaised and negotiated with the agent of the property we wanted to purchase, agreeing a sale price we were very happy with and one we were unlikely to obtain had we negotiated ourselves. We were well looked after throughout the conveyancing process. It’s a stressful time and they received more calls from me than was necessary, however nothing was too much trouble and they looked after me and my family throughout. As a result we are now in our dream house which I firmly believe wouldn’t have happened without Maurice, Joe and Patrick. Thank you very much for all you have done - we are so grateful to you all. Don’t think twice about using Maurice Kilbride, you won’t regret it!

It was a difficult time, but the professional and efficient staff at the Romiley office made the sale of the house so easy. From the moment I walked into the office, they were so helpful, they were always on hand for any questions and would reply to emails within minutes! If only all estate agents were like this. 10/10.

- 13th Oct 2025 (25 weeks ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

The initial viewing, arranging a second viewing, through to surveys, questions and answers about the property were handled professionally and in a timely way. The property details online were excellent and the use of a sophisticated 3d spatial scanned photography allowed a virtual walkround - including measurements! - was invaluable. Contracts are now exchanged and completion is arranged. I'm delighted. Many thanks to Mataya, Emily, Amber and Ginene.
