They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.

Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 5th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)If you're selling a house, I can definitely recommend Cheffins. I was undecided on whether to sell or not. It was no problem for Cheffins and Ryan in Sales arranged a valuation visit and discussed the options. Having decided to sell, Cheffins took care of the rest, including keeping an eye on the vacant property for me. It all went as smoothly as possible. If you need an estate agent, give Cheffins a call. Not just sales, they're great for lettings too.

Both attentive and professional which made the whole process a lot smoother. Communication was very good, was never an issue to book viewings and not once did we feel rushed. From our initial meeting to discuss marketing of our property through to completion, he always provided us with a service above and beyond expectation. He was a single point of contact at any time/day and kept us updated throughout the process of selling our house and also offered some extremely valuable advice which helped us regarding the purchase of our next home. 18th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Unfortunately did not have a good experience. Poor communication. Experience on offer described when we signed up to them was not delivered. House was not sold but it was more the experience during this time that has led to this review.

We had already agreed a sale privately, meaning we had an admin-only deal, but our aims and timescale set a high bar which Dan didn’t hesitate to help us achieve and maintain. Great service, comms and advice, highly recommended.

18th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently completed the purchase of our 2-bed home in Canning Town with Stephen from Samuel King, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. From start to finish, Stephen was exceptional. He was proactive, transparent, and always one step ahead throughout the entire process. Buying a property can be stressful, but he made everything feel smooth and manageable, keeping us informed at every stage and always being available to answer questions. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to getting things over the line. He coordinated seamlessly with all parties involved and handled any issues quickly and professionally, which made a huge difference in keeping things on track. A great example of this was following our Level 2 survey, where a number of repairs were flagged that couldn’t realistically be completed before exchange. Stephen stepped in and negotiated on our behalf to secure compensation from the seller instead, making sure we were properly covered. That level of support and advocacy made a big difference and gave us real confidence throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone so reliable and easy to work with in this process. If you’re looking to buy or sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephen and the team at Samuel King. A genuinely 5-star experience.

If it hadn’t been for the fabulous Rachele Winn the chain would have collapsed several times over. Rachele, alone, relentlessly kept in touch with all parties, chivvying and chasing up loose ends, liaising with incompetent online conveyancers and ensuring that all sales were completed. Her tenacity, professionalism and cheerful approach are second to none. Well done and thanks Rachele.

He was super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease with the whole process from the very beginning. Thanks to the team’s proactivity, my house went under offer before it even hit the open market, which really demonstrated their drive and expertise. The photography was excellent and truly showcased the property at its best. Sophie, who single-handedly runs the sales progression, is phenomenal. She was always at the end of the phone, incredibly responsive, and so reassuring whenever we hit bumps in the road. I highly recommend Harris & Wood — without doubt the best agents around.
