His personal approach meant that when there were delays in the chain, he kept very calm, managed the seller very well and didn’t put any pressure on us even though the chain was at risk. Very understanding, happy to help out where he could and someone we would definitely use to sell our place in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)George Caporn and the team at Davies Property Partners did an excellent job selling our home. It wasn't the most straightforward sale, had a long chain and we were managing it from overseas, but George was a constant throughout. He was endlessly patient and calm under pressure, always kept us informed, and his advice was honest and well judged. He steered a complicated process, and everyone involved in it, through to the finish with real professionalism and good humour. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.
5th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)I need to express that buying a home is one of the most stressful things I have ever gone through, but it would have been entirely more stressful if not for Stuart at Grants Addlestone. He was honestly great throughout the process. He was always reassuring, offering great advice, and generally going above and beyond to help where possible. I dunno if I ever will go through a similar process again, but I'd be more than happy to rely on Stuart again if I did.
31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

They have been incredibly consultative, personable, approachable and thoughtful throughout our house sale. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. If we had another house to sell, we'd certainly use them again - we couldn't recommend them enough.

28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I first met Scott a year ago when he showed me a property we were interested in acquiring. Throughout the process, he always kept in touch and played the perfect middle-man between the seller and us. A few times during the process Scott stepped in and helped the sale along - be it asking brokers for updates, speaking with lawyers directly and on the occasions putting the two sides together. He was very helpful with getting in a survey, and access again for architects.<br><br>Scott is a man of the highest integrity, very capable and knowledgeable but most of all - he is trustworthy and deals with things direct.<br><br>My experience with him was exceptional and his reputation speaks for itself - I highly recommend Scott Molloy if you are looking to sell a property.<br><br>If you end up buying from him, you are equally, very lucky and in safe hands.<br><br>Thanks for everything Scott and Vickery's!

14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)If you are looking to sell your property I can highly recommend Martin & Wheatley who are the most professional Estate agents you could imagine<br><br>Special shout out to David Harvey who was especially courteous and polished. His knowledge and experience reassured us throughout, but more than anything, he just picked up the phone to keep contact going.<br><br>A lack of communication can highlight exactly why people can have a bad opinion on estate agents, the difference here is you are instructing passionate professionals who are genuinely interested in property and your best interests.<br><br>There wasn’t even the opportunity to worry about particulars because David would touch base to fill us in before such questions could be asked.<br><br>The whole team supported us throughout, but David brought in a good buyer and within just 5 weeks we had accepted an offer on our property.<br><br>I can’t recommend Martin & Wheatley highly enough and they absolutely schooled the bigger names on how to do their jobs.

Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors. Friendly and professional, with a sense of calm and good humour and excellent communication that ensured everyone was kept updated at every step of the way. Whilst we have no intention of moving again any time soon, we will contact Gavin again when the time comes and would recommend the Cranleigh office to anyone considering a move.
