She was proactive, communicative, and genuinely helpful in pushing things along, which made a big difference during what could have been a much more frustrating experience. It’s clear she takes her role seriously and actually looks to support tenants. This year, we decided to go with Cubitt & West—and what a difference it made. Within just two weeks, they secured a full asking price offer, which exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, the team were professional, respectful, and incredibly positive about our property. Their enthusiasm really shone through and made a huge difference in how our home was presented. Communication was excellent throughout. They kept us constantly updated with viewing schedules and provided detailed, helpful feedback after each one. They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.

We found the perfect property with Waterfords who were handling the vendor with the upmost care and professionalism. The property was above our agreed selling point and mortgage combined but thankfully with savings and top negotiations by Chris & Henry at Waterfords, we were able to secure our dream forever home and complete the purchase in March 2026. We are over the moon and thank Waterfords for liaising with solicitors and all the parties of the property chain to get the job done. Its 5 stars from us.

From the very start, Lisa kept everything moving and made what could have been an extremely stressful process feel manageable. 16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)So I used Bournes for the rental of my property over the 2025-2026 calender year. They were swift in the process throughout specifically David who I was dealing with. Full transparency is we unfortunately did find the one bad egg of a tenant but with David’s relentless help and work ethic he over saw everything and ensured a painless experience despite the negative outcome of the tenant. Professionalism at its finest and work ethic that can not be ignored! Thankyou Bourne and hope to do more business again soon!
22nd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I do not think Davenports even deserve a 1 star to be honest. - Terrible communication - Last minute cancellations MULTIPLE times because "the rugby was on" (kick off was at 3pm and viewing was at 10am). The rugby had little to no impact early in the morning. - They then sent a junior who just started who knew nothing about the house or why its for sale. He had 2 months experience. - Tardy and very lacking attitude to their customers. I'm a sales director myself, I would never let my staff run a business like this. Shocking to say the least
