Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.
2nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.
20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Without doubt, Martin & Co. provide a service that surpasses anything you could possibly ask from a Letting and Management Agent. The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.
17th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

From our first contact with Nick Griffiths through to exchange of contracts he has been there to advise, been completely professional, easily contactable and good humoured through a slow process. He is supported by an equally excellent team. I thoroughly recommend them.

1st May 2024 (2 years ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
20th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Clarke Gammon provided exceptional service - always professional, excellent communications and were a calming influence over a process that is traditionally fraught with nothing but stress and frustration. I feel they went above and beyond at every step to ensure we were reassured and communicated with from start to finish. At each point in the process and with any member of staff we spoke to, we got the same level of service and knew that everyone was fully briefed on our situation, meaning we could speak to anyone and they would be able to answer our questions, rather than waiting for our contact to be back. Something particularly helpful when you need answers quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clarke Gammon to anyone looking to sell or buy, they made the process almost enjoyable!

They have been incredibly consultative, personable, approachable and thoughtful throughout our house sale. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. I dealt with David who was incredibly helpful in both providing his insights and offering advice as it was my first purchase. David was very quick to reply making organising viewings/surveys/etc easy to organise with completion just over two months after the first contact. I highly recommend David at Martin and Wheatley and would be glad to use their services again!- 1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)After a rather lacklustre service with a local estate agent it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Knight Frank! Jamie who looked after us through the whole process couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy to deal with, super quick with getting things sorted and always there when we needed him, A* service!
