Both Avril and Fiona are friendly, professional and helpful , making everything nice and straightforward.<br><br>Communication was great, and any questions I had were dealt with quickly. I was viewing on my own with two small children and she accommodated us fantastically and kept my eldest entertained so I could focus on the property. She was incredibly caring and no questions were too much to ask.

From the start they priced the property realistically, which I'm sure is a big part of why it sold as smoothly as it did. Communication was excellent throughout - I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. The whole team were helpful, professional and easy to deal with. Would happily recommend them to anyone selling in the area

24th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I have been a tenant with Belvoir Swale since 2020, for the past 6 years Karen, Allanna and Mia have been amazing! I have recently signed a new tenancy with Belvoir and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Belvoir to everyone, all of the estate agents are welcoming and kind, and any issues I have had in the past have been sorted and corrected.- 15th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)September 2025 was not a good time to sell a house.The financial crisis, followed by Christmas, had everyone worrying about money .It took until Spring before there was any real interest.However, the team at Wards stuck with it Jordan gave me good advice and the team began to send a few potential buyers ,people who were enthusiastic about my property. Finally, the right couple came along,a couple who I was happy to sell to.

Generally put all the worries or typical concerns to rest with being so understanding and clear.<br>Cant fault anything, even once moved in he is still very proactive and helpful making sure everything is sorted.<br>Honestly recommend Wards of Sittingbourne to anyone who is looking for their next home or first home, and if you in need of a rental or letting then definitely ask for Alfie!<br>Thanks again for all your help and hard work, will of course be using your service again on our future moves

They asked me questions other agents forgot, very impressed! and than having Harry come around to value my home, he was meticulous and on point, he talked through prices showed me the square footage and spent the time to measure. I will be selling my home through your move when ready. Thanks for your help.
