We were delighted to sell our house after a handful of viewings. Paul, Hannah and Emma from the branch were always happy to help us and made me feel comfortable at every step in the process, making it a smooth journey. I was viewing on my own with two small children and she accommodated us fantastically and kept my eldest entertained so I could focus on the property. She was incredibly caring and no questions were too much to ask.

8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience renting through this estate agent was extremely disappointing. Throughout our tenancy we reported multiple issues with the property, including mould concerns and a broken kitchen extractor fan which was reported but never repaired during the entire 1 year and 5 months we lived there. We also requested permission to decorate parts of the property to improve its condition, but never received any response from the estate agent regarding this. Shortly after raising concerns about the condition of the property, we were served a Section 21 notice and informed by both the landlord and estate agent that the property was being sold. Less than a month after vacating the property, it has now been relisted for rent by the same estate agent using the same listing photos, which has left us feeling very misled about the reasons we were given for having to leave. Communication throughout our tenancy was often poor, and even after vacating the property we have still had no contact regarding the return of our deposit or any proposed deductions. I normally would not leave a negative review, but based on our experience I would strongly advise future tenants to carefully document everything and ensure all communication is kept in writing.

Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience. 6th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience. I arranged a viewing for a rental property and received confirmation that the appointment had been booked. Shortly afterwards, I noticed the property had been marked as "let agreed" on social media, yet nobody from the company contacted me to cancel or explain the situation. When I chased them for clarification, I was told it was an error and that my viewing would still be going ahead. I then took a day off work to attend the viewing, only to receive a text message cancelling the appointment while I was sitting outside the property. After calling the office and struggling to get a clear answer, I eventually spoke with Tori and a new viewing was arranged for the following week. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. I saw on Instagram that the property had once more been advertised as "let agreed", yet nobody contacted me. I had to chase the company again and was eventually informed, less than 24 hours before the rearranged viewing, that the property was no longer available. The communication throughout this process was extremely poor. I wasted annual leave, spent considerable time chasing updates, and was repeatedly left in the dark about the status of the property. Had the company communicated proactively and professionally, this could have been avoided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would be reluctant to deal with them again.

Encouraged to drop the asking price rather soon after signing, I felt the target customer of my property was poor and I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell the property as such. Wouldn’t use again - lots of promises and no follow through.
