From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

The team has been brilliant throughout the process – always quick to reply to emails, happy to fit us in for last-minute viewings where possible, and have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. They were readily available to talk to and responded to messages and calls very promptly. They were very knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and made us feel reassured whenever something unexpected cropped up.<br>We would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone whether buying or selling a property.

She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.

From the initial viewings right through to settling into our new home, the team was always helpful, responsive, and patient in answering all of our questions.<br><br>A special thanks to Nazanen Mehraje, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. She made sure every issue or concern we had was addressed promptly and followed through until it was fully resolved. Her professionalism and dedication really stood out.<br><br>We highly recommend Gibbs to anyone looking for a rental property. The level of service we received was outstanding—10/10!

At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.

They were very professional and patient towards my questions and made me feel at ease with making decisions. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

They gave us an accurate valuation and helped us secure a strong buyer and then helped us to navigate our way through an unsuccessful and then a successful purchase of a new home. Professional, knowledgeable and great communication.- 29th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)We were tenants in a property managed by Robsons on behalf of the landlord for almost 2.5 years. Throughout this period, the customer service and support we received were very poor — the attitude of the staff was unhelpful, and requests were often met with reluctance rather than genuine assistance.<br><br>I have since moved into my own home, and based on this experience, I would not choose to work with Robsons again, nor would I recommend them to act on anyone’s behalf.
