From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

She went above and beyond was so quick to answer questions and sorted things out so fast ! Daniell was also brilliant!! Honestly can’t thank them enough And will recommend them to anyone I will 100% be using them again . Thank you so much guys

She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.

31st May 2026 (19 days ago)Absolutely terrible and highly questionable business practices. I received an unsolicited sales call from Haart on a Sunday, from what appeared to be a local telephone number. Only during the call did it become apparent that this was actually their head office calling to ask whether I wanted to sell my property. I have never contacted Haart or any other estate agent, never requested a valuation, never expressed any interest in selling, and have absolutely no relationship with this company. So naturally the question is: where did they get my details from? It feels as though they are harvesting homeowner data and cold-calling people at random in the hope of generating leads. The fact that this happened on a Sunday makes it even worse. Most people expect to be left alone on weekends, not interrupted by unsolicited sales calls. Using a local number to increase the likelihood of someone answering only adds to the impression of a company willing to use questionable tactics to generate business. This type of behaviour is intrusive, unprofessional, and exactly why estate agents often struggle with public trust. If a company is willing to contact complete strangers out of the blue, on a Sunday, using what appears to be a local number, it does not inspire confidence in how they handle personal data or conduct their business. The irony is that I am not interested in selling my property through Haart or through any estate agent at all. I have given no indication that I am looking to sell, which makes this cold call even more baffling and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would never consider using Haart under any circumstances. Unsolicited Sunday sales calls are a guaranteed way to ensure I never become a customer.

We had two minor issues from the buyer which were quickly resolved. So if you want a stress free experience Slades are the way forward. Thank you all.

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.

They were very professional and patient towards my questions and made me feel at ease with making decisions. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

David has demonstrated a 'get stuff done' energy I can only dream of having, as well as real market experience and knowledge that he will honestly communicate in a responsive, but sympathetic, manner. Could not ask for anything more in an agent, above and beyond the call of duty, if only all businesses worked like this.
21st May 2026 (29 days ago)After nearly a year of stress, delays, and a very long property journey, we finally completed on our new home this Monday, and I honestly can’t thank the team at DKH Rickmansworth enough. What makes this even more impressive is that they weren’t even my estate agents, they were acting for the sellers. Yet throughout the entire process, Josh, Hannah, and Beth treated me with the same care, communication, and professionalism as if I were their own client. There were times during this move where things became incredibly frustrating, but DKH were always helpful, responsive, reassuring, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the move over the line for everyone involved. In all honesty, I had a far better experience with them than I did with my own estate agents. The team went above and beyond from start to finish, and even the thoughtful gift at the end was a really lovely touch after such a long slog. If I ever move again, I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to use DKH Rickmansworth myself. A huge thank you again to Josh, Hannah, Beth, and the whole team. Wishing you all the best and continued success.

Morgan from the team came around the next day, he had a great knowledge of the local property market and shared some useful tips for if and when we do decide to sell.
