Alex showed us around a few properties before our final one, she has patience of a saint. Always there to answer our questions.<br>Julie was our point of contact during sale progression, she is friendly, always at hand for questions. Must say she is an excellent communicator. We didn’t have the smoothest of sale (not AC fault or ours) but Julie was our negotiating agent who was patient knowledgeable and kept chipper throughout.<br>10/10 for this office

19th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)They offered advice on valuation that matched our expectations, they put it on the market at the value we wanted. We had viewings constantly whilst it was on the market. They advised us to keep taking viewings after offer accepted until we were sale agreed. This resulted in a higher bid, so it was worth it. Only negative was the amount of Photoshop used in photos.

She sold our property in two days flat and achieved more than we’d expected—we were astonished! We were abroad throughout, so we relied on her to handle everything locally, and she was completely dependable. She helped us find someone to clear the flat, took care of the keys and even managed a very difficult neighbour with patience and tact. What especially touched us was that her care didn’t stop when the sale was completed. She continued to follow up, keeping us informed about the apartment and anything we might need to know. She handled everything with such kindness, sweetness and style. A lovely person who delivered an extraordinary result. We recommend her wholeheartedly.
