12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Ash is the best estate agent I’ve come across so far. He was extremely polite, friendly and patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He was very helpful throughout the viewing and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Kate came out to value our property and we instantly warmed to her, she was so polite and Professional and by far gave us the most information on the local market out of all the other agents. We really felt she listened to us and what we needed, we didn’t feel hurried or rushed, which was very important for us. The rest of the team have been so supportive and kind, we really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you again, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)They listed my4 bed detached dormer bungalow as a 4 bed detached HOME!!! SO I didn’t get any viewings for 10 week as google does not recognise home on any search engine it Could be found under properties but buyers only looking for bungalows could not find us!! I found out by distant friend trying to find bungalows online. They relaunched but missed summer buyers. Tied into 20week contract and cost me £354 to cancel -nightmare scenario for me.

7th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Excellent experience overall. Bailey & Co were involved in both the selling and purchase sides of my chain. They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the team at Bailey & Co for your hard work.

The whole process was handled smoothly and professionally, which made everything far less stressful than expected. Special mention to Beth, who was fantastic throughout — always helpful, responsive, and happy to answer any questions along the way. Her support really made a difference. Highly recommend Andrew Craig to anyone buying or selling. Great team and great experience!

We’d had a previously good experience with Conway & Christie with a house that sold the day it went to market. This was a more difficult and complicated sale. We were happy with their tenacity and great communications with our buyer. I’d definitely use them again. Thanks guys. ????????????

Nothing is too much trouble, with all team members going above and beyond to help you achieve your desired result. I can not rate this company highly enough - Becky is extremely efficient with paperwork and Matt a joy to work with, with his tireless ability to crash through any obstacle that may present itself.
