23rd Apr 2024 (14 days ago)This estate agents, are piss poor, being try to view a property for over two week’s, keep telling me there going to get back to me but never have, excuse’s after excuse’s, the place has been on the market for a while, even reduced in price, but still nothing, also got my partner to call, and they said someone was interested, which is lie’s as they have told me everytime that’s it’s still available, do not turst this estate agents…..

29th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)I was a first time buyer, and as a buyer I thought E&S did a fantastic job. Zuhre was very responsive, understanding, and honest during the process, explained what needed to be done, and did a great job liaising with the sellers (which was not always easy!). Dan was very good at showing the property, and understood well on what needed to be done, and did a great job getting both the sellers and me to agree on completion. Even though the sellers were their clients, I thought they did a great job looking out for me too. Would definitely recommend, and use them for selling a property.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

I needed a new place to live very quickly, I viewed the place on Tuesday then got the keys on Friday. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this company for dealing with your property and Courtney from the lettings department is brilliant.
