26th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Right from the start, Becky saw something in our property that two other agents didn't, seeing the potential beyond the work that needed doing. As a result, she suggested marketing it at a far higher price than others suggested and whilst I was initially worried by this, she was right and ended up securing significantly more than if we had gone elsewhere. It certainly wasn't the most straightforward of sales but Becky and her team are so approachable and were always there to help resolve issues and to provide some much needed counselling when things didn't go to plan! To say Becky went above and beyond is an understatement and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Huntingfields to anyone wanting to sell their home.
11th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Flick & Son handled the sale of our holiday cottage for us. They secured significant interest in our property and although one prospective purchaser withdrew very late in the process (not Flicks fault), their energy and commitment to find another buyer never wavered. Their process of having a senior member of their team oversee the conveyance process once an offer has been accepted means that you have a dedicated and highly professional resource making sure that things happen to ensure, as best as they can, that an accepted offer converts into a completed sale. We felt that they always worked hard in our best interests, particularly Oliver and Matt in their Aldeburgh office - highly recommended.

5th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I just bought a lovely little house in Wenhaston through Flicks in Southwold and it could not have gone any better. Isobel showed us around a few properties and I immediately felt valued as a prospective buyer, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, had a sense of what I was looking for and found me the perfect home. Sabrina guided us through the sale and is clearly very experienced in dealing with the complexities of contracts, solicitors, the buyers needs and the vendors expectations. Professional estate agents with knowledgeable and passionate staff, a rarity I’m sure. Many thanks to them and a genuine recommendation based on the excellent service and experience I received.
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I would whole heartedly and completely recommend Druce Estate & Letting Agents Ltd (Leiston) - from the first enquiry I made into renting a property through to completion they could not enough to ensure customer satisfaction. The process was made very simple by them with Dee showing me the property (friendly and professional) through to sitting with Oliver who took me through the paperwork taking the time and effort to explain everything to me and ensure that I fully understood. Druce took all the pressure and stress out of what is one of the most stressful things you could encounter. Thank you.

He has been fantastic from the very start and he has always gone above and beyond for us. Really friendly, helpful and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Communication with Rob or any of his colleagues at Nicholas Percival whether it was face to face, via the telephone or email has always been polite, knowledgable and in a very timely manner. We hope this will be our forever home, so won't require the services of Nicholas Percival but will be sure to recommend to any friends or family needing such services. 3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.

11th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)It should not have been this difficult to get my deposit back from my shared tenancy that was ended totally legitimately in the correct way. This was something that was made unnecessarily complicated. The experience of getting the deposit back and the suggestions of incoming tenants paying me directly caused so much unnecessary stress. It should never be this hard to get a deposit back and it should not take days to do so when you’ve been a legitimate and good tenant.

(40 reviews)19th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

Throughout this time they were absolutely excellent and professional, and anything we reported for maintenance was responded to and resolved immediately and to a high standard. Countywide have been miles ahead of anyone else we’ve rented with, and we would recommend Countywide without hesitation.

8th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Shocking service. Failed to tell me my buyer's funds were subject to probate or that there was a related sale. This meant I couldn't make an informed choice. They belittled me for not using their preferred conveyancers. They made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. Avoid.
