Not time to say much.
But it took a whole year to sell my house. No fault of the agent ( just a slow market at this time)
But all staff professional, friendly & always contactable.
They seem to work very well as a team

Disgusting service! Told Evie I was in the hospital and would always call back however she rang persistently every day from 9am! And several emails 5<br>too! I was given just 2 days to move in after the tenant moved out, wasn't cleaned at all and because I asked for a 2nd viewing when the house was empty she then said I'd pulled out of the tenancy, blatant lies! Wouldn't refund the holding fee and now having to make a formal complaint. Manager and evie both shocking, definitely wouldn't recommend this company! She didn't even know if the fire worked in the property which says it all really! Definitely won't be using again!

I have used this agency in the past with a good deal of success however my latest experience with them was not at all up to their previous standards. Whilst they were very keen and friendly when I first engaged them, their attitude changed quite considerably when I refused the first candidate that I was offered. They continued to put forward various potential tenants who were clearly not earning enough money to afford the rent and associated costs such as council tax and utilities. They used the same website ad that had been used several years before and it was never updated despite a request to do so. A lot of time and effort was wasted after I accepted a tenant only to discover that they wanted to use the Zero Deposit Scheme . I was not aware of this scheme and had not consented to its use and now they are trying to charge me an introduction fee to this service which I did not ask for! They did eventually find me a lovely tenant but the amount of time wasted on unsuitable candidates means that I have suffered a loss of earning and I will not be using them again.

?????<br><br>A huge thank you to the team at Entwistle Green Cleveleys!<br><br>Collecting the keys to my latest flip was a great experience from start to finish. The team were friendly, welcoming and made everything really straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was the unexpected new home gift box waiting for me when I collected the keys. Such a thoughtful touch and something you definitely don’t expect from an estate agent. It’s the little things like that which leave a lasting impression!<br><br>Looking forward to transforming this property and hopefully working with the team again on future projects. Highly recommend if you’re buying or selling on the Fylde Coast. ?

I visited a property with my son looking for his first home. We were met and accompanied by Ollie who was just the most perfect agent. He was polite, well dressed and very well spoken and answered all our questions professionally. Very approachable and really looked like he was enjoying his job. We have been to view many properties over the last few months and I can honestly say that we were lucky to get a smile from any of the agents who accompanied us from other companies. It made viewing the property so much more enjoyable. My son has since bought the house we viewed and Ollie has been helpful with after sales questions also. Keep up the good work Ollie. You are doing a great job.

We have not dipped our toe into the housing market for 40yrs so buying our downsizing flat was a worry but Jess at Ikd Swan branch was brilliant.<br>Always helpful and cheerful even when I was asking hard questions ??????<br>I would not hesitate to use them if you need to but a new home.<br>Thank you

I honestly can’t thank Kaitlyn enough for everything she did to help us finally settle the agreement for our new home. ??<br><br>Kaitlyn is such a kind soul and could have very easily rejected our application when we ran into issues with not just one guarantor, but THREE ??????. Instead, she continued to help us, showed so much patience, and understood just how much this house meant to me and my mum.<br><br>I genuinely felt like Kaitlyn was just as invested in getting us into our new home as we were!
