A long process to purchase this property with the complications it came along with, through Connells Watford. Courtney is well communicated and was very professional in handling this throughout with her cheerful positive attitude keeping us well updated. Big thanks to her and the Manager Brandon who both made this finally happen in the end.

Every time our viewing rate dropped they asked us to drop the price. We'd already dropped it twice and they were asking us to drop it again.
They completely missed parts of the property off the advert and weren't willing to update the advert or update the photos in spring when the garden looked much better

I use to deal with different agencies because been looking for long time to find right property.

Kaya was extremely helpful with our house sale. Viewings were organised efficiently and although there were a few delays around completing the sale, Kaya responded promptly and efficiently to emails and phone calls, ensuring that issues were solved.

Received Exceptional customer service. From the start of marketing my property for letting, to finding the right tenant. I have appreciated all the support that I have been given as I do not live in the area and relied completely on their services. All admin, selection process was handled very efficiently.
I would highly recommend using the services of Tahmina and her team at Connells for letting your property.

Went into the office in August expecting a professional valuation, was given a half hearted response and price based on a few photos on my phone and given a ridiculous management fee with no real explanation of what they would offer for the charges. Said I was not going to go ahead and have received nonstop calls ever since. I had asked to be removed from their system and directly asked Mihai Vilceanu the lettings manager to please stop calling and to remove me but clearly this has not happened as I am still receiving calls weekly telling me they have “lots of landlords renting out properties”. Baring in mind I initially came in as a prospective landlord,I’m not entirely sure how this has translated into me now being someone looking to rent, nor why connells and particularly Mihai seems unable to listen to simple GDPR requests to be removed. I asked for his managers details today for a form complaint and he refused and said the only way for me to make a complaint is for him to send me the form via email. I pointed out I was asking them to not contact me and the whole point of that was to also include not sending me emails and he laughed. Appalling customer service and clearly an inability to listen. Dread to think how they would have looked after my property.

Although we didn’t end up buying through Connells in Eastleigh (we bought through their Romsey branch), Dan, Hobbie and Hayden could not have been more helpful. They took time to understand our needs, explained everything in as much detail as we needed, and even gave honest advice relating to properties being sold by other agents when asked (those other agents, incidentally, didn’t appear to have the level of knowledge Connells do).
We truly felt like Connells were working with us to find the right property at the right price, rather than just wanting to sell to us.
Highly recommended from a buyers perspective.

A big thank you to Sharon, Jean, Jesse and the rest of the team at Connells for securing the sale of our House.
Selling a house with young children is never easy viewings need to be scheduled in advance and it’s a constant battle clearing the Lego and Barbie’s!
Sharon and her team have been superb in prioritising our needs and requests.
Communication has been superb with regular updates, advice and feedback and they have all gone above and beyond with any questions/query's we’ve raised.
