They made the whole process so much smoother, faster and more efficient than I could have imagined.<br><br>Their help, professionalism and support made such a difference and took so much of the stress out of moving. I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well.
I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.

Recently finally sold my property after a very long arduous selling process (no fault of Connells). Connells were amazing throughout seemed to be the only party at times to have my best interest. Charlie in particular was amazing reaching out and offering tons of support, especially when a buyer pulled out (again no fault of Connells) the had a new buyer within a week. Couldn’t recommend them enough and big thank you again to not only Charlie but the whole team.

I’d like to praise Ruby, the lettings negotiator, for a fantastic service. After my previous tenant gave notice, Ruby was quick to let me know and quickly found a range of excellent potential tenants. She moved quickly to ensure all contracts were signed and her communication with me was excellent. The new tenant moved in the day after the flat was vacated, and Ruby even arranged for gas inspection/certificate on same day. A superb managed-service. Well done Ruby!

Would not recommend this estate agents.
I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking).
Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town.
Worse than disappointing.
