I recently needed to find tenants for my property and employed Nikki and Siman of Connells to run the process. They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

Would not recommend this estate agents.
I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking).
Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town.
Worse than disappointing.

We were struggling to sell our home which was on the market for months before we moved to Connells in Bicester. I had given up hope somewhat and gave them a short window to get it sold before we withdrew from the market and they immediately had a string of very positive viewings and found us a buyer very quickly. The whole team were fantastic, friendly and helpful, especially Lydia and Polly who I spoke to a number of times and they conducted some viewings with our buyers. Kevin also performed a number of heroics in chasing the rest of the chain to keep things moving forward and was always extremely responsive and willing to help, even making calls for us on his days off which was above and beyond. We don’t intend to move again, but if we did I would go straight to Connells and would highly recommend. Thank you team for all your efforts.

**Update** After changing to another estate agent after Connells, we soon came back to them to relist our property within 4 weeks after realising the grass is most definitely not greener! We had a buyer within a couple of months and a smooth sale that has just completed! Thank you again to all, especially Jacob who did many viewings at our house! And of course Jason, I will miss our Wednesday catch ups (laughs!??????) Thank you all!**<br><br>Even though we didn’t end up selling our property with Connells (the chain sadly fell through — no fault of theirs!), I just want to say the biggest thank you to Jason, Ollie, and Anna. They were amazing from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble. Any changes I asked for, like new photos or price tweaks, were done straight away. The weekly Wednesday catch-ups with Jason were always so reassuring, and even when the chain collapsed, they carried on doing everything they could to help. We’re so grateful for all their hard work, kindness, and positivity throughout the whole process. Truly a fantastic team who really care about their clients!
