Could not recommend Natasha Morello more highly. As a first time buyer the entire process was unknown to me and very confusing. Natasha talked me through every step and was super responsive to any questions I sent via email. We ran into difficulties getting a mortgage but this was all sorted and actually a pretty smooth process in the end.
Connells were also responsive and quick in getting viewing and snagging lists sorted.
Overall buying is a long and tough process, but Natasha made this all manageable and for that I can not thank her or recommend her enough!

It has been a little over 2 years now since I first decided to rent my flat in Slough with Connells. There were tons of letting agents who had approached me to utilize their services, but I somehow decided to pick Connells as they had made big promises on how efficiently they will be able to manage my property. Frankly, in this past year, not one week has gone by where I didn't regret my decision.
While the first year was relatively smooth sailing, there were always indications of how abysmal the whole experience is going to turn out - not always returning calls, me having to chase them for the smallest of issues, avoidable errors in putting together simple documentation - from the tenancy agreement to maintenance certificates to issuing the wrong rental statement. They issued me a boiler installation certificate with the wrong address, and it has been 8 months since I asked them to correct it, and I am still chasing them. 240 days later!!!
But this past year, Connells has just been a colossal disappointment. My tenant had complained of mold in the flat and Connells, as managers of the flat, were responsible to look after the issue promptly. Not only did I have to chase them numerous times to get the issue looked into, the tenant also shared similar frustrations with me, as he had tried to reach Connells several times to report the issue, but he had received no assurance that they will look into the problem. After much back and forth, they managed to get the right contractors to investigate the problem only 3 months later - first there was confusion between the head office and Slough office on who sends the contractor, then they send someone to inspect the roof (when there was nothing wrong with the roof!!). By the time, the right contractors went in to inspect the issue, the problem had already worsened - it was later determined that the mold was because of a leaking pipe, which could have been identified much earlier and limited the damage significantly.
Given this was not potentially the tenant's fault, it was agreed, after much deliberation, to give the tenant a compensation of 50% off on the rent for a month - but given how much of this was owing to a fault on Connell's part in getting the issue resolved promptly, I asked Connells to bear half of the loss. First Connells refused to admit they were at fault and then when I pressed on, they eventually agreed to compensate me £150 as they accepted responsibility in the delay in getting contractors in + agreed to reduce my service charge from 8% to 6%. This was agreed almost 2 months ago and I am still waiting to be compensated.
Two rent cycles have gone by and Connells has done nothing to either redress the matter nor do I have the updated boiler certificate. I have sent hundreds of emails to Balreet Grewal from the Slough office and Emily Sheehan and Beth David from the head office and I have been met with radio silence. I barely managed to speak to Bal two weeks ago and he said he had instructed head office to take care of it and should be done soon, but still nothing! Why should I be caught in the cross fire between the Slough office and the head office. I pay about £100 per month to Connells for management of my flat only to be given this dreadful service.
I am writing this review now because I am frankly tired of chasing Connells. Overall, I would not recommend Connells to anyone in search of reliable and efficient property management services. Their consistent delays in communication and subpar service have only served to exacerbate the situation these past few months.

Humeirah has been a joy to work with through my house moving process which is not made very easy in this country. Humeirah has been professional throughout and kept me up do date with the current situation and progress. Whenever I have had queries or questions Humeirah has been on hand and responded promptly. Received Exceptional customer service. From the start of marketing my property for letting, to finding the right tenant. I have appreciated all the support that I have been given as I do not live in the area and relied completely on their services. All admin, selection process was handled very efficiently.
I would highly recommend using the services of Tahmina and her team at Connells for letting your property.

Went into the office in August expecting a professional valuation, was given a half hearted response and price based on a few photos on my phone and given a ridiculous management fee with no real explanation of what they would offer for the charges. Said I was not going to go ahead and have received nonstop calls ever since. I had asked to be removed from their system and directly asked Mihai Vilceanu the lettings manager to please stop calling and to remove me but clearly this has not happened as I am still receiving calls weekly telling me they have “lots of landlords renting out properties”. Baring in mind I initially came in as a prospective landlord,I’m not entirely sure how this has translated into me now being someone looking to rent, nor why connells and particularly Mihai seems unable to listen to simple GDPR requests to be removed. I asked for his managers details today for a form complaint and he refused and said the only way for me to make a complaint is for him to send me the form via email. I pointed out I was asking them to not contact me and the whole point of that was to also include not sending me emails and he laughed. Appalling customer service and clearly an inability to listen. Dread to think how they would have looked after my property.

Although we didn’t end up buying through Connells in Eastleigh (we bought through their Romsey branch), Dan, Hobbie and Hayden could not have been more helpful. They took time to understand our needs, explained everything in as much detail as we needed, and even gave honest advice relating to properties being sold by other agents when asked (those other agents, incidentally, didn’t appear to have the level of knowledge Connells do).
We truly felt like Connells were working with us to find the right property at the right price, rather than just wanting to sell to us.
Highly recommended from a buyers perspective.

A big thank you to Sharon, Jean, Jesse and the rest of the team at Connells for securing the sale of our House.
Selling a house with young children is never easy viewings need to be scheduled in advance and it’s a constant battle clearing the Lego and Barbie’s!
Sharon and her team have been superb in prioritising our needs and requests.
Communication has been superb with regular updates, advice and feedback and they have all gone above and beyond with any questions/query's we’ve raised.
