I recently needed to find tenants for my property and employed Nikki and Siman of Connells to run the process. They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

Branch manager Lesley Kemplen did a great job with the sale of my flat. I live a fair distance from the flat and Lesley kept a check on the security and the presale work being done keeping me informed and in touch even out of office hours. Lesley’s dedication to her job makes her a valuable asset to Connells
I would recommend this estate agent to anyone selling or buying in the Cambridge area.

They simply didnt show up to my appointment after confirming it twice to view a property. I suggest sellers go elsewhere. (They also hardsell overpriced mortgages)

Georgia came around to give me a valuation on my home today . Not only was she delightful but so encouraging and enthusiastic about my home - I don't recall getting this feeling with any other agency that I have turned to in the past . She followed up with a lovely email = professional but so warm. When the time comes we will definitly be using Connels. Thanks Geargia :)
