I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well.
I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.

I had an awful experience using this connells branch at kingsthorpe no communication very rude i accepted an offer on june the 3rd 8 weeks later it turns out the buyer had not even been ID verified even though i was told different.If you want to sell your property avoid at all costs

Connells was not our estate agent. However, we had problems with the chain . We were buying a property from Connells. Rachel from Connells was extremely proactive and saved our chain from collapsing, which we were very grateful for. Jemma, in Rachel ‘s absence, was also very helpful and supportive, again we were not their clients.<br><br>Both were very friendly and helpful throughout. A big thank you to them both.
