Lovely experience for potential tenants. Elaine is very professional and friendly and makes a lot of the stress of flat hunting disappear. After our offer was accepted, their system made it very easy to set up council tax, water, energy and wifi.

I have been renting my property in Battersea with Bairstow Eves at Clapham Junction for 3 years now and they have been BRILLIANT.
Right from the very first manager to the current lettings manager, Afsheen Shampour and his colleague Petya Daneva.
These two are very approachable and have been supportive and to my view very humble!!!!!!
They listen to me, they take my phone calls or promptly reply to them and to my emails. If ever there is anything that I am not sure of, they do patiently explain it to my understanding.
I was with FOXTONS at Vauxhall before I moved the renting of my property to Bairstow Eves, Battersea and I can confidently say that my experience with Ash and Petya, Bairstow Eves at Clapham Junction is a billion times better than that with FOXTONS!!!!!!!

After five months of listing the property, I checked the RightMove listing and the filter option wasn’t set to show Yes under garden, so whenever someone filtered for garden, my property did not show. Amateur agent for viewings too.

I dealt with Caroline from Biggin Hill brunch and she was fantastic. She listened to what we were looking for & went above & beyond to find us the right properties and then, accommodate viewings around our work schedule. Caroline is very organised and communicate clearly and was always ready to respond and help whenever the need arises. It was a pleasure to deal with Caroline and I highly recommend her (Bairstow Eves Estate Agent Biggin Hill) to anyone that will need her service.

Abysmal service for tennants. Still awaiting deposit to be returned 6+ weeks later. Beware of this estate agent. This estate agent do not care for tennants I was without heating and hot water for months, their excuse is the landlord opted to self maintain the property. They do not help, do not reply to emails. More alarming is I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED my DEPOSIT funds out of dispute over 1 month later. I paid rent in full on time, left the property early on 25th May, 7th July I am STILL awaiting payment. I called 4 times over a week to get a reply which then received contradictory information on if the payment is made or not. I am owed £1,171 and so far told it is authorised and takes 5 days to clear. It's been 10 business days
Absolutely unacceptable. I paid 3 months in advance + deposit of £2048 + guarantor. Yet they cannot reciprocate returning funds in a timely manner.
Worst experience of renting.

Cannot rate Karl and his team enough. Incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me move into my beautiful flat and made the whole transition smooth and quick. Not pushy like some estate agents, just genuine and helpful.
