We had an issue with a missing key on when collecting but Kerry, Sarah and Millie were very helpful in getting the costs of the work carried out for a Locksmith returned to us. We look forward to working with the Cannock Bairstow team in the future.

The Coleshill branch were absolutely fantastic, Sam went out of her way to make sure we got our property sold after it had become stagnant.

Sam was helpful with the purchase of the property. There were a few efficiencies that couldve been made - as is in any process. My name was spelt wrong in the initial checks that caused a little double work (by another colleague I think?). Either way the process was smooth and we were in contact most of the process. Albeit it was more us giving the agency an update on where we got with things than the other way about.
Regardless everything - Sam has been very helpful in answering all the possibly dumb questions I had when it came to the sale.
