I called today to arrange a viewing for a property and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation.
He asked who my current landlord was and which estate agency I had previously rented through. When I told him I had rented through Samuel Estates, he responded by saying he had never heard of them in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. From that point on, his attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel unwelcome.
I was simply trying to enquire about a property viewing and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Customer service is an important part of any estate agency, and unfortunately my experience was very poor. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

Paige was exceptional throughout our viewing and made a fantastic first impression. We have now sold two houses with this agency — my husband’s house last year and now my and my brother's house — and once again the service has been absolutely excellent.
Chris Rawlings and the whole team has always been professional, helpful, and very supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and prompt, and we truly felt that they cared about achieving the best result for us.
Buying or selling a property can be stressful, but they made everything much smoother and easier with their experience, patience, and dedication. We are very grateful for all the hard work and support they provided both times.

Had a fantastic experience with this letting agency. Adora and Sarshar were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I met Yvonne from Bairstow Eves when I was looking for a new property in the area and I was impressed by her professionalism and her expert knowledge of the industry. She always came prepared and had done her research on each property and was able to tell me all of the positives of each property as well as follow up each time. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always kept me in the loop of any new properties coming to the market that matched my criteria.
When it came to selling our house, I knew I wanted Yvonne as our agent. She did not fail to deliver - she managed to sell our house in less than a week at full asking price - not as easy feat in this current market!
Yvonne comes across as genuine and attentive. She’s a rare gem and we feel very lucky to have found her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Yvonne and Bairstow Eves again.

This agency when register my application I forgot to tell I am an IVA, but when I pay holding deposit I sent to the agency all my documents and I show my IVA and all my references and with income like 50000 pounds per years say to me about my IVA I need guarantor for net income like 54000 pounds per years for one rent 1500 pounds a months I ask to help me for get the house and told me I am so sorry yr IVA I am losing my holding deposit for me no give me service no good and no give me opportunity for see the property and sincerly don't care about I show I pay always on time and my update IVA so I lose my 346 pounds and imagine a lot people like me lose money and this is nice business for get money to easy. Thank you for everything.
