Good morning.
I would just like to say a massive thank you to Maxine and Rihanna at bairstow eves as you have both been absolutely brilliant from the start and your help and assistance has definitely been 1st class and 100% worth more than 5 stars.
I would suggest if anyone is thinking of putting their property on the market go and see Maxine at Burnham on crouch as you will definitely not be disappointed in the service they provide.

My worst estate agent experience EVER.
Signed them to sell house and owing to a
mysterious disappearance of the sales rep who came out we were forgotten.
Emails and phone messages not responded to in a timely manner and in some cases not responded to at all. Do not use. I am a reputable author and also property developer and I know all about the property business. Suggest read other poor reviews as concur.

Katie was so knowledgeable and had really done her homework on market trends, prices, sales, etc, in the area. We were so impressed and decided to use Bairstow Eves. It turned out to be the right decision and they have been excellent. I cannot fault them at all and would have no hesitation recommend these guys. In particular, the Carlton branch who are a great team.
