From start to finish, the experience we had from Bairstow Eves was impeccable.
We had Nick value our property and within the week we had not only sold ours but found and accepted offer on our dream forever home too. We didn't didn't eventually move home for personal reasons but the help we had from these people was exceptional without ever being too intrusive. They were very understanding when we didn't complete sale. So if we ever do decide to move in the future we would definitely use Bairstow Eves.

Enquired about a rental property but got declined because of previous bad credit - relating to something that has been paid off for a year and 8 months. Not even willing to do a credit check, receive references from previous landlords or take into account income and expenditure. I understand the risks of previous financial problems but ‘previous’ is the main word of focus here. There should be more understanding and investigation towards why things have happened and the likelihood of it happening again. Don’t tar everyone with the same brush.
