I just wanted to share how incredible my experience has been with Oscar at Bairstow Eves. From day one, his enthusiasm has made the entire process exciting and completely stress-free.<br>What stands out most about Oscar is that absolutely nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He tackles every single task with a massive burst of positive energy and goes above and beyond to help out whenever needed.

Naomi was just the best during my house sale.
She knew the property and paperwork inside out, I couldn’t have completed without her. A stress free process. Thank you, Naomi.
Robbie and Scott are brilliant too, making a fantastic team ????????????

Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant.
Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin.
Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing!
At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable.
For the sake of my sanity:
Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately.
This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent.
P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

They helped with completing the paperwork for the solicitors and updating us. We used the solicitors that were advised by Emma which helped keep the procees better. Would use Bairstow agian if selling. Thank you for your great service.

Excellent service from start to exchange ,, , kept us informed and were “on the case” with enquiries and feedback . The post “sale” service was particularly good , which is where most agents (particularly the faceless internet based ones) fail in thinking the job is done,,, Bairstowes Mansfield Woodhouse kept being proactive and did not sit back just because a “sold” board had gone out and worked through to completion ??????
