We couldn’t have asked for more from the great manager Claire and her team at the Folkestone branch of Bairstowe Eves Estate Agents. With their realistic valuation we received and accepted an offer in a matter of days. They were extremely attentive and made the process easy. We thoroughly recommend their conveyancing service.

Katie was so knowledgeable and had really done her homework on market trends, prices, sales, etc, in the area. We were so impressed and decided to use Bairstow Eves. It turned out to be the right decision and they have been excellent. I cannot fault them at all and would have no hesitation recommend these guys. In particular, the Carlton branch who are a great team.

I have used this letting agent for a few years now.
The letting team always go above and beyond in every aspect.
Nothing is to much trouble for them. Whether its finding new tenants to simply answering a simple question.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I must highly commend the team at Bairstowe Eves Wollaton. They all worked really hard to ensure the sale of my property was a success following previous disappointment. The communication and attention to detail through the sale process was of a high quality. I was anxious but there was reassurance and honesty throughout the process.
The staff team were all very helpful. But special mention for Alan Heys and Claire Dack. Both have know me a lot time and gave that extra personal touch.
Excellent service. I would highly recommend the branch.

Dylan Beaman supported us with our mortgage application. As a first time buyer, Dylan was very helpful, he explained everything to me clearly and answered any questions I had. I felt comfortable with him, knowing I can approach him with any questions or hesitations I had. Very easy to get in touch with him via call or email, and always received a response in a timely manner. We had a very positive experience with Sittingbourne branch. As it turned out we didn’t go ahead with the purchase. This was however a personal decision. Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience.
