Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant.
Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin.
Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing!
At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable.
For the sake of my sanity:
Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately.
This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent.
P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

Ali is the shining star at bairstow. He phoned, chased and helped however he could throughout the whole process.
Can't fault Bairstow at all, only issue we had was with the conveyancers they recommended, but issues were escalated through their internal contacts at least.

So happy with our experience with Bairstow Eves over the past few weeks. Imogen and the team have been fantastic, we had a bit of a bumpy ride securing our rental property but were met with nothing but patience, warmth and kindness from all of the team. Imogen was so efficient with everything, nothing was too much to ask and I really felt secure in working with these guys. Will definitely be recommending this team to anyone looking to rent or buy!

Simon was very professional when he came to give me my valuation on my house with a view to selling it.
He went into great detail explaining the process and how it would proceed.
Jess and Reo came out to view and get a feel of the properties lay out ready for possible buyers.
I received weekly updates throughout after agreeing for Bairstow Eves help sell my property. They were both pleasant, friendly and professional in their duties and any advice or help I needed.
My house sale was completed on 10th February 2026 and I have been very happy with all their help in the process.
