Katie was so knowledgeable and had really done her homework on market trends, prices, sales, etc, in the area. We were so impressed and decided to use Bairstow Eves. It turned out to be the right decision and they have been excellent. I cannot fault them at all and would have no hesitation recommend these guys. In particular, the Carlton branch who are a great team.

We had a fantastic experience with Bairstow Eves when selling my late parents’ house. The team was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Ethan Bexon who was fantastic at keeping us updated, identifying when (and where) things were getting stuck and helping us to chase our solicitors when required.

I had a good experience, the agent, Quentin Lee was very patient and made sure I get what I wanted. Just a small issue with the referencing, as the referencing is done from an external company so they don’t really have a hand in this. But otherwise I’m satisfied.
