I just wanted to share how incredible my experience has been with Oscar at Bairstow Eves. Highly recommended, from start to finish we had a great experience, Sukie was competent and informative all the way throughout the whole process, as first time buyers everything was explained thoroughly and all queries answered, I cannot recommend him enough. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone very professional and knowledgeable. Happy is an understatement. Thanks again guys we truly appreciate all your hard work.

Rylie was so helpful and welcoming throughout the whole letting process. She was friendly, professional, and always very quick to answer any questions I might have.<br>Went the extra mile with accommodating a second viewing so my 7 year old could have his own viewing.<br>Would definitely recommend.

I had been trying to sell my house for several months. My previous agent was helpful enough, but they simply couldn't find a buyer who was ready and able to proceed.<br><br>From the moment I switched to Bairstow Eves (Rayleigh), the difference was obvious. On day one, they arranged for a professional photographer to take photos and a video of my home — and they'd already lined up two viewings with interested buyers. Both wanted to buy the house! During the viewing, the agent built a genuine rapport with the buyers, really understanding what my property had to offer.<br><br>Even after accepting an offer, their care didn't stop. Bairstow Eves has continued to liaise with everyone involved, actively chasing the paperwork to keep the sale moving.<br><br>All in all, I've been delighted with their professional service — both before and after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Me and my partner have been supported excellently by Bairstow Eves as first time buyers. I want to mention Simon from Country Wide mortgages in particular. It was because of his continuous guidance and support that we were able to feel confident and competent in making scary life decisions! Simon is extremely welcoming and approachable, walking into his office was always reassuring, and we were walked through every step at our own pace, Simon always ensuring we understood each aspect of the decision making process before moving on. Simon was accessible whenever I had any queries, and never made me feel like a question was too silly to ask! Me and my partner look forward to having this ongoing support with Country Wide in the future.<br>I also wanted to mention the lovely Molly, who has always been at the other end of the phone to answer any queries and reassure us throughout the buying process.<br>Thank you Bairstow Eves!
