Hussain Dawood supported us through a complicated house purchase and helped keep the process moving when timing became very tight. Although he was understandably persistent in following up throughout, he did help obtain key information from the seller’s side and supported progress towards completion before our mortgage deadline.<br><br>Thank you for your assistance in getting the purchase over the line.

I have been a landlord for over 25 years, many of them now with Belvoir in Basingstoke. Recently Jessica Fuller has taken responsibility for my properties and I could not recommend her highly enough. I have been letting property through Belvoir Bedford since 2013. As a non-resident landlord, it gives me peace of mind to know I can rely on Calire and Amisha to manage my property efficiently. Finding tenants has always been quick, keeping any void periods to a minimum. Any issues that arise are dealt with promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Bedford.

Luke couldn’t do enough when I rented my flat out, he understood my requirements and was so helpful arranging everything, including someone to paint some rooms and lay flooring in the kitchen. I feel he went above and beyond to help. The tenant was found very quickly and everything went smoothly. Since the tenant has moved in I have had dealings with Frank (also from the lettings team) and he has also been very helpful and listens to requirements. I have confidence that this service will continue with Luke and Frank. The tenant is happy and the whole process has been smooth. Thank you.

Update: just finished my 2-year tenancy and Belvoir returned my deposit in full. Communication has been a breeze during the tenancy and the ladies working there are always friendly. Highly recommend the team to anyone looking for properties!<br><br>I recently rent a flat from Belvoir. Very professional and friendly staff. Communications have been very smooth as well. Much better than a lot of letting agents I have dealt with. Thank you and keep up with the good work ??????

I used Belvoir to rent my property out for five months whilst I went travelling and I was so impressed and happy with every single staff member I came into contact with, special thanks to Sophie and Katy for finding tenants even though it was a short let and the amazing communication I experienced throughout and the support given by Katy when the tenants proved to be challenging at times was very much appreciated, thank you Katy for your professionalism, your patience, your unwavering support and your excellent communication skills, If I rent my flat out again I want you to look after it for me, I trust you 100%!

Belvoir were a great team to work with for buying a property, specifically Leah and Bernadette. They were helpful, knowledgeable and more importantly for me, quick to respond to requests as well as relaying information between solicitors.
