Hussain Dawood supported us through a complicated house purchase and helped keep the process moving when timing became very tight. Although he was understandably persistent in following up throughout, he did help obtain key information from the seller’s side and supported progress towards completion before our mortgage deadline.<br><br>Thank you for your assistance in getting the purchase over the line.

I have been a landlord for over 25 years, many of them now with Belvoir in Basingstoke. Recently Jessica Fuller has taken responsibility for my properties and I could not recommend her highly enough. I have been letting property through Belvoir Bedford since 2013. As a non-resident landlord, it gives me peace of mind to know I can rely on Calire and Amisha to manage my property efficiently. Finding tenants has always been quick, keeping any void periods to a minimum. Any issues that arise are dealt with promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Bedford.

Luke couldn’t do enough when I rented my flat out, he understood my requirements and was so helpful arranging everything, including someone to paint some rooms and lay flooring in the kitchen. I feel he went above and beyond to help. The tenant was found very quickly and everything went smoothly. Since the tenant has moved in I have had dealings with Frank (also from the lettings team) and he has also been very helpful and listens to requirements. I have confidence that this service will continue with Luke and Frank. The tenant is happy and the whole process has been smooth. Thank you.

LANDLORDS BEWARE!! I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.
