I've had a really professional experience with Belvoir. They have helped me let my house out and it has been really straight forward.<br>Harriet communicated excellently throughout, help was available when I needed it and nothing seemed too much trouble.<br>Would recommend to anyone completing a letting.

Had my house up for sale withe them 5 weeks no interest, brought price down, still no interest but that's a side issue. They supplied me with bank details for cube heating and plumbing in cannock to get an epc done. Paid 17.7.26, not done. Asked for number and email for company and Nathan who I spoke to said nothing to do with us and put phone down. Beginning to think I've been scammed

Not happy with the poor customer services and their staff will lie through their teeths and later get the manager to rescue them and the manager with come up with nonsence like date protection act. Which do not apply since these are public information anyway.

We recently bought a property from Belvoir in Bedford. We had the pleasure of dealing with Anna Stowinska. An extremely professional and knowledgeable estate agent. One thing that stood out for us was how quickly she responds to emails, and also how on the pulse she was when chasing our solicitor. She made things happen much faster than they would have otherwise. Her urgency and professionalism along with her wealth of knowledge makes her stand out from the rest. We highly recommend Anna.
