Hussain Dawood supported us through a complicated house purchase and helped keep the process moving when timing became very tight. Although he was understandably persistent in following up throughout, he did help obtain key information from the seller’s side and supported progress towards completion before our mortgage deadline.<br><br>Thank you for your assistance in getting the purchase over the line.

I have been a landlord for over 25 years, many of them now with Belvoir in Basingstoke. Recently Jessica Fuller has taken responsibility for my properties and I could not recommend her highly enough. I have been letting property through Belvoir Bedford since 2013. As a non-resident landlord, it gives me peace of mind to know I can rely on Calire and Amisha to manage my property efficiently. Finding tenants has always been quick, keeping any void periods to a minimum. Any issues that arise are dealt with promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Bedford.

Luke couldn’t do enough when I rented my flat out, he understood my requirements and was so helpful arranging everything, including someone to paint some rooms and lay flooring in the kitchen. I feel he went above and beyond to help. The tenant was found very quickly and everything went smoothly. Since the tenant has moved in I have had dealings with Frank (also from the lettings team) and he has also been very helpful and listens to requirements. I have confidence that this service will continue with Luke and Frank. The tenant is happy and the whole process has been smooth. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with Belvoir Bloxwich estate agent. After having my property on the market with a different agent, I was delighted when they managed to sell it after just the first viewing!

Drove 3 hours to view a property and were outright disgusted. Had multiple phone calls to go over an extensive list of questions regarding the properly and requested up to date photos. The answers they gave did not match the property we viewed and despite being told the photos were most up to date they could not have been taken in the last year. Arrived and the house was full floor to ceiling with black mould. Multiple electrical outlets covered in black mould. The ceiling in the images listed had a hole, what was not made clear was how the rest of the ceiling had fallen in as well. A waste of time, money and patience viewing any properties from this estate agents. They knew we were travelling far and despite numerous opportunities never once mentioned the state the house was now in, even with very specific questions regarding issues that the property had. Have requested reimbursement for our travels as we would have never gone to even the view the property if we knew half of the reality surrounding the house. Photos attached of some things we saw. Photos do not show the worst parts as we wouldn't even enter some of the rooms due to the state of them. We even asked specifically about the state of the flooring only to find multiple holes from woodworm which were not shown in the listing images or mentioned when asked explicitly about. The house is listed as a reasonable price for the listing but is well beyond too much for what we saw. Perhaps an accurate listing or asking price may stop problems like this arriving in the future. Would have been willing to view other properties they had if it wasn't for this awful experience, lost out on buyers.
