Hussain Dawood supported us through a complicated house purchase and helped keep the process moving when timing became very tight. Although he was understandably persistent in following up throughout, he did help obtain key information from the seller’s side and supported progress towards completion before our mortgage deadline.<br><br>Thank you for your assistance in getting the purchase over the line.

I have been a landlord for over 25 years, many of them now with Belvoir in Basingstoke. Recently Jessica Fuller has taken responsibility for my properties and I could not recommend her highly enough. Her professionalism, knowledge and recent tenacity when dealing with tenants on my behalf has been second to none. I have been letting property through Belvoir Bedford since 2013. As a non-resident landlord, it gives me peace of mind to know I can rely on Calire and Amisha to manage my property efficiently. Finding tenants has always been quick, keeping any void periods to a minimum. Any issues that arise are dealt with promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Bedford.

Luke couldn’t do enough when I rented my flat out, he understood my requirements and was so helpful arranging everything, including someone to paint some rooms and lay flooring in the kitchen. I feel he went above and beyond to help. The tenant was found very quickly and everything went smoothly. Since the tenant has moved in I have had dealings with Frank (also from the lettings team) and he has also been very helpful and listens to requirements. I have confidence that this service will continue with Luke and Frank. The tenant is happy and the whole process has been smooth. Thank you.

We had an unusual private property to sell in what seemed to be a changeable market and really weren't sure how best to go about it. We were somewhat daunted by the whole challenge.<br><br>Jacob Felix from Belvoir willingly visited and sat down with us. He explained the current market, explained potential approaches, recommended what he felt to be the best approach and the sale price he felt was likely to be achieved.<br><br>His advice was outstandingly good and proved to be both accurate and advantageous.<br><br>The marketing materials produced were very professional and very impactful.<br><br>The viewings were organised by Alison Hines and were well arranged, well carried out and the hit rate was astonishing. The post visit updates were particularly good.<br><br>Jacob then went above and beyond supporting and advising us through the process from the point of offer, through exchange and completion.<br><br>There were various glitches and challenges not caused by us and Jacob was there to advise, clarify and resolve at every step.<br><br>I cannot recommend Jacob and his team too highly, they left nothing undone. Outstanding. We felt well looked after from start to finish.

Very professional and helpful estate agency. They were extremely flexible and kindly arranged for me to move in earlier than originally expected. I really appreciated Belvoir’s accommodating approach. Highly recommend!
