Arranged to view property no one turned up. I travelled an hour stood in the pouring rain and they said they had rang me six times to confirm the appointment. I never got any phonecalls. If hadn't been able to make the viewing I would have called. They wouldn't even come five mins down the road to let e view said they were busy . Disgusting service

We’ve had a really positive experience with Adam Mariet-Jones. He has been incredibly helpful, patient and professional throughout our tenancy. Called 15 times over several days and there was never an answer. First call l left a voicemail, no reply. A week before that I emailed, no reply. Poor service.
