Absolutely awful experience from these incompetent people. Was “accepted” for 2 different properties, passed referencing then paid all deposits, only to be told with both properties that the landlord has apparently changed their mind last minute
Went to Belvoir and got into our property after one week
Absolutely awful Lettings team bridgefords are
0 communication, rude remarks on the phone and no control over their own properties.
Would seriously consider not going with these especially if your first time renters

We have just completed the sale of a house through Bridgford Crewe branch. Its been a long process due to solicitor delays which meant a lot of intense activity in the final week. The staff at Bridgford's, especially Destiny worked hard to help get the sale through. They earnt their fees and we are very grateful. I would not use a faceless online agency.

I had a fantastic experience working with Nick Bowen from Bridgfords sales and lettings agents. He gave me a great tour of the property, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was how incredibly knowledgeable he is about the local area. He took the time to guide me through everything, which made my decision to move forward so much easier. Bridgfords were amazing from start to finish when selling our house. All the staff we dealt with were brilliant but Emma went above and beyond through the whole process and was incredible. I couldn't reccomend them enough.

The process of getting my parents house rented out was pretty smooth thanks to Ellie. She was helpful throughout the whole process and very patient when we ran into a few hiccups with the house. Ellie always offered great advice and support, helping us get everything sorted.
We can’t thank her enough for all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive agent.

From the first day of finding a property being sold through Bridgefords Northallerton, all the staff in the Branch have been very helpful. Tony, who showed my sister and myself round the property I was hoping to buy, was very hopeful during the viewing. Also Georgia has provided excellent assistance when I have contacted the branch either by phone or email, and has answered my questions with quick responses.

I have recently dealt with Bridgefords at Culcheth regarding the sale of my property. I cannot commend Andrew and his team enough for their help and support through the process. I had previously dealt with another very popular estate agents who left me feeling very unsupported and disheartened with terrible communication. From the moment I contacted Andrew he was extremely accommodating and understanding of my circumstances and could not do enough to help. The main point for me is Andrew and team are so warm and approachable and delicate with the fact that selling your home is a huge life changing process and can be extremely stressful, I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions and I feel they understood the weight of the process which was very important to me. I would highly recommend Bridgefords Culcheth to anyone looking to sell their home who want the process to be dealt with efficiently but also kindly.
