Arranged to view property no one turned up. I travelled an hour stood in the pouring rain and they said they had rang me six times to confirm the appointment. I never got any phonecalls. If hadn't been able to make the viewing I would have called. They wouldn't even come five mins down the road to let e view said they were busy . Disgusting service

We’ve had a really positive experience with Adam Mariet-Jones. He has been incredibly helpful, patient and professional throughout our tenancy. Overpriced my house, then reduced it by £25k then 2 weeks later wanted to reduced it a further £20k.
Making my house seem unsellable.
Communication was terrible. I had to chase for feedback.
I made a big mistake using them.
What they promise around your dining table is not what you get.
I am using a different agent.
