Had them out to value a property. They were nearly £1000 below the other 3 estate agents valuation .<br>Either the other 3 are wrong or they are !!!

Ruth impressed us as soon as she entered our home!<br>A true proffesional and a lovely personality to match!<br>Her explanation of the selling process was very clear and she could see how much love and care had gone into our home.<br>She also made a special journey back on the Saturday to fill in the Agreement, rather than completing it online.<br>Many thanks Ruth, we would definitely recommend you to friends and family!

As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.

Overpriced my house, then reduced it by £25k then 2 weeks later wanted to reduced it a further £20k.
Making my house seem unsellable.
Communication was terrible. I had to chase for feedback.
I made a big mistake using them.
What they promise around your dining table is not what you get.
I am using a different agent.

We recently sold our house with Bridgfords. From start to finish they were excellent. They initially valued our house higher than their competitors and it still sold above the valuation. We can’t thank Macy and Jason enough for their help and guidance throughout, especially their swift rescue after the first buyer pulled out.<br>Recommend 100%!
