Had a very smooth experience renting properties through Chancellors. John McLaughlin and Katie Adams have both been incredibly cooperative and supportive throughout the process. Their system is also fully automated, which makes everything easier.

Katy and Stephanie were both incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our requirements, kept us informed at every stage, and were always available to answer any questions we had. Their friendly and approachable manner made what can often be a stressful experience much smoother and more enjoyable.
We felt valued as clients and appreciated the clear communication and efficiency throughout.

As a first-time landlord, I expected clear communication, professionalism, and competent management. Chancellors/Oxon Property Management failed on all three.
They were responsive until the paperwork was signed, but after that communication became slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful. Payment issues went unresolved for months, and staff regularly contradicted each other with different information.
Their poor handling of the tenancy and failure to clearly communicate key requirements ultimately left me out of pocket at the end of the tenancy.
Overall, an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend them to any landlord looking for a reliable managing agent.
