Originally seemed nice enough, hence why we went with them but no w recognise why the fees were lower which were not sufficiently explained which felt deliberate. Over promised, under delivered and let down at nearly every turn following. Didn’t realise just how bad it was until we changed agents.

Sean at the Chancellor Finchley branch was very helpful and helped to find us our dream flat,it helped us during the process to find the flat,communicate with us all the way trough the process even when he was on holyday! Top agent!<br>I highly reccomend Sean if you want to find your ideal flat.

I just want to really thank Ahsan for his service and how he's dealt with the viewing process and the lettings negotiation for myself. I believe this has contributed towards me deciding to go ahead with Renting and the attentiveness and direct communication and outstanding customer service has made this process as easy as they come.<br>I also want to thank Chris for his great customer service and I appreciate his time also especially for helping me where He was able to answer any further queries I may have had in order to assist with the process. If you want to sell a property and know they're doing all they can to help, Chancellors in Thame are the best. They didn't just want to keep reducing the price like others did, they had made a huge effort to sell for the right amount.
