I had Julia Plywacz guide me when I enquired about flat details and booking a viewing. She was very kind and accommodating all throughout. Navigating rentals is definitely challenging so Julia’s attentiveness and positive attitude was very comforting. I was in contact with other lettings agencies and agents and I really wish they all possessed a bit of Julia’s kindness..
