I had 4 viewings in 16 weeks
I wasn’t given feedback on viewings for weeks, it took over 8 weeks to get the for sale sign up, the person doing the viewings couldn’t answer questions regarding my house. Just overall not a great experience

Disappointed with the service I received. Encouraged to drop the asking price rather soon after signing, I felt the target customer of my property was poor and I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell the property as such. Wouldn’t use again - lots of promises and no follow through.

Recently rented a property with Connells, I have been with them before and dealt with Matt who has always been great. This time Lillie oversaw our move, she was fab right from the point of application through to getting the keys. Great communication, she kept me updated on progress, she was professional, kind, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She is an asset to Connells and made what was a stressful time much easier!
