Olivia. What a superstar. She was instrumental in helping me bag my dream rental. Then after everything was sorted, she was always there to tie the loose ends. Plus she was super friendly and chirpy. A big thank you to Sharon, Jean, Jesse and the rest of the team at Connells for securing the sale of our House.
Selling a house with young children is never easy viewings need to be scheduled in advance and it’s a constant battle clearing the Lego and Barbie’s!
Sharon and her team have been superb in prioritising our needs and requests.
Communication has been superb with regular updates, advice and feedback and they have all gone above and beyond with any questions/query's we’ve raised.

I have just brought a house through pattison lane kettering, from being shown the property with Tiana I knew I was in good hands, she was very honest about the property and didnt give us a hard sale which is very off putting from other estate agents, she gave us time to consider the property with out pressure which was so refreshing, she also did her research on the property and was so informative, she could answer all my questions on the spot.
Then Jo and Sadie from the sales team where absolutely fantastic, it was a stressful chain but Jo and Sadie saved my sanity, took so much stress off me and kept on top of chasing the chain for me. They even called me when I was in the new property to check everything was OK and to wish me luck in my new home.
All round fantastic service from you three ladies, I couldn't be happier and if I ever move again I will not hesitate to use pattison lane kettering.
Thank you for your amazing work ladies! We absolutely love our new home and will be highly recommending yourselves to everyone.
