I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well.
I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.

When starting my journey with Connells it was slow but thanks to Luke he made it happen for me! He gave me hope and was amazing with ongoing communication, and continued to reassure me throughout the sale and made sure the sale went smoothly and made up for the initial experience. He listened well and showed empathy towards the sale. Any request he was on it!! I cannot thank him enough for the support he provided to making it happen :)
