Unfortunately, my experience with this letting agency has been very disappointing.<br><br>After moving out of the property, I was faced with a claim through Zero Deposit that I believe was unreasonable. Charges were raised for cleaning and rent that I do not feel reflected the condition of the property or the circumstances involved.<br><br>I found the process frustrating, as I felt there was little consideration given to the fact that some issues mentioned were already present when I moved in and that the delay in returning keys was explained due to a family bereavement.<br><br>Communication throughout the process left me feeling unsupported, and I do not feel the situation was handled fairly from a tenant’s perspective.<br><br>I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photographs, and all communication throughout their tenancy.

I just want to appreciate the professionalism that was shown to us (myself and my wife) by Erin and Michael. We were getting to a stage of panicking about whether we were to get a rental house or not.<br>We had tried out many agencies and not being successful. We then landed on Entwistle and they made it so easy for us. It was from phoning after seeing a property on line, viewing to the last bit of the process. They are organised, have good customer service, excellent guidance and we loved the process all the way. If you think I am bluffing, just try them.

They don’t answer the phone,If I was the buyer I’d be pulling my hair out . They value at prices which aren’t achievable to get the property on there books.
This was the worst experience in selling a house I’ve had and I’m not a novice

I gave one star rating as that is fair.<br>When they valued the house they said they had a list of people waiting to move into the area.<br>The first viewers they sent wanted an annexe, which we did not have.<br>The second viewer wanted the house and ended up buying it.<br>Then they sent a photographer to take pictures and put the house on the internet.<br>The pictures were very poor and did not do the house justice, even the people who bought it said that had they seen the pictures first they wouldn't have bothered viewing. Despite telling them they were poor and there was no picture of the 4th bedroom they didn't change them.<br>There was very little communication from them and once the price was agreed we never heard from them again, they never checked on progress etc. For this poor service the cost was £6000.00p.<br>Think twice, I would not recommend them.<br>They claim that I am not a customer of that branch that is totally untrue.<br>They offered £165.00 for the poor service, but charged £6000.00 for that poor service.

Had the best experience and best service from Emily and Bella - viewed and moved into my flat in a week! A very stressful time but they made it seem so effortless and fast ! I’m so grateful they were always welcoming to my questions and confusion as this was my first rental.

I completed on my property that was marketed with Entwistle GreenLeyland.<br>I can’t recommend the sales team highly enough. Helen, Charlotte and Emily .<br>From start to finish, they provided a professional, friendly, and seamless service.They kept me up-to date every step of the way.<br>Moving house is stressful but they were on hand to answer any questions as they arose.<br>Thank you to everyone involved for making my sale such a positive experience.<br>I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
