I got a flat with the help of Harrison and Martin from the Bury branch. As soon as we seen the flat and we decided on it they have been the most helpful out there. I would really recommend working with these two as I know they will get things done swiftly and professionally. Couldn’t ask for better agents.

Katie showed us around today and couldn’t be more helpful, she answered all of our questions really well and went above and beyond helping with taking videos and even took us to see the rest of the building to visit the gym etc. Thanks very much :)

I recently viewed a newly renovated apartment in Liverpool. Katie Rogerson was my agent and was prompt, informative and friendly. She went out of her way to show me various available properties in the block despite only being booked in for the one. Katie was approachable, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend using this branch.

My son has recently agreed on a rental property via Entwistle Green.......<br><br>Considering the amount of rent he is to pay, on receipt of the keys it was clear that this flat had not been cleaned ready for the new tenant. In fact it was absolutely filthy and utterly disgusting.<br><br>So disgusting in fact that it eas decided to get professional cleaners in.<br><br>What a disappointment.

I had Stephen round yesterday to value my house and I can’t fault him at all, he was re assuring and polite to deal with. He even stayed past his finishing time on a Friday to help me move a few bits around to take pictures of my house to put it on the market. A credit to the company.

I've called about 8 times and gotten through once.<br><br>Had to go through the Preston office to get Fulwood to call me back even after leaving Fulwood a voicemail.<br><br>Once I actually got through to Fulwood to organise a viewing, they said they'd speak to the vendor (doing their own viewings) and get back to me. That was a week ago, still heard nothing.

Wouldn't recommend for anyone wanting to rent a property.<br>Coming across your reply four years later, I can safely say it is completely pathetic. If you had actually bothered to check, you would know I dealt with your company as a tenant for years.<br>?I was the tenant your agency left over an entire weekend with the sink and dishwasher full of sh*t because the drains blocked completely due to poor construction. It was full of sewage because your maintenance team is useless and failed to treat a critical emergency urgently—all while a young child was living in the house. I should have sued both you and the landlord.<br>?Do you need me to attach the photos of the service that your company left me and my family over the weekend so you remember who I am? Or perhaps I should forward them to the local council so they are fully aware of what kind of company you run?<br>?You are a tenant’s absolute nightmare. I ended up buying the property directly from the owner—the very house I was renting through your agency—and right up until the contract exchange, your office was harassing me to leave. The harassment only stopped when I instructed my solicitor to call your office.<br>Instead apologising you came up with a pathetic reply.<br>Couldn't care less about your reply, unfortunately I have just come across it after years, otherwise it would have been a completely different story??????
