Hunters (Downend) were selected after meeting & questioning 4 local premium estate agents. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Maddison Smith for the last few months. She has remained in constant contact and worked so hard to find a suitable property for me. Unfortunately the right property never arose with Hunters and we have since purchased with a different agent however Maddisons diligence to try and understand my very specific requirements in a property and also her genuine care about her situation has really made her stand out among the other agents I have been dealing with. She is a truly lovely and genuine person and a credit to Hunters.

They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw. Basically I lost £600 in advertising and cancellation fees. If I’d had an accurate valuation in the first place I would never have put it on the market.
