I would highly recommend Hunters Chadwell Heath. They are so helpful and very efficient. Emotional time as selling my late father’s property which was our family home since childhood and they were extremely respectful of this. Excellent communication keeping me informed regularly. Went above and beyond.

Completed today and now in our new home, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from hunters especially Zack. Any problem any question he was there on the other end of the phone doing his best to sort it for us, he kept things straight and got us to this point. I must of rang more times than I can count and each time he delivered an outstanding service.<br><br>Thank you Zack and hunters we are one happy family :)

We had a lovely viewing experience with Raymond. He was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. We didn't feel rushed and view the flat at our pace and without other viewers, which is appreciated. Thank you Raymond for giving us a tour! Hunters are local experts. They are down to Earth and do not make wild claims about selling your property - they are realistic and speak to you honestly.
Amy helped give us advice on how to make the house presentable for a sale and checking for damp. That was really appreciated as I was not able to have contacts in the area for support with these things.
Communication was straightforward and all were pleasant and helpful throughout.

Can t thank Andy and Ben enough for their hard work Absolutely fabulous from the first meet.The support.and advice they give is top notch. Ben took some great pictures even let us wait for a good day when the sun was shining. We turned everything around in one week and the house was on the market.
4 weeks later we have a buyer, 3 months later we are handing over the keys, how wonderful. These guys are the best. Excellent knowledge & understanding people, nothing is too much trouble, we were kept in the loop at every stage of the sale. Love the app that gives you all the viewing details.

We recently purchased a property through Hunters and had a very positive experience throughout the process.
Although the purchase had no chain we unfortunately ran into a number of delays along the way. Despite the fact that we weren’t the ones paying Hunters the team were incredibly proactive in chasing things up and helping to keep the process moving forward.
Their communication was exceptional – they kept us updated, responded quickly and were always helpful whenever we had questions. Buying a property can be stressful but they really helped make the process much easier for us.
We would definitely recommend Hunters to anyone buying or selling a property.
