Disappointing experience all round – avoid Hunters Tamworth.
I had a highly disappointing experience from start to finish with Hunters Tamworth. They promise excellent customer service, but their idea of communication is simply sending copy and pasted updates on WhatsApp. When it actually mattered, they couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone, leaving us completely in the dark at critical points in the chain. Dealing with Leah was particularly frustrating; she was incredibly condescending and acted as though she was doing us a massive favour just by doing her job.
The marketing process was an absolute shambles. The photographer failed to show up for the first appointment without giving any notice at all. Instead of rescheduling immediately, the agent decided to take photos on his phone, which turned out horrible. When they finally did rebook a professional photographer, it was clear they are way behind with technology, as they didn't even bother to use drone photography.
To make matters worse, they never turned up on time for a single viewing. Honestly, the house sold itself—the agents had to do virtually nothing. Yet, they remained incredibly greedy for commission, even after the sale fell through. Graham turned quite bitter at our decision to not sell even though it is our property and our personal circumstances should still matter. Save yourself the stress and go with another estate agent. There are tons of better options available in the area.

My wife and I have been very impressed with Madison and her professionalism while we were looking for a house in Lichfield.
Prior to our own house going on the market she was proactive reaching out to us without being pushy. When we had our house on the market she was very helpful trying to identify appropriate properties. It was lovely to meet her in person a couple of weeks ago when she showed us around a house herself.

Hunters and its Staff went beyond their way to help up find a buyer and helped us with all the step of complex chain purchase. Helen is very professional and made a big difference in final stages of the sale. Dev gave really good professional advice at start of the sales process.

Ross and Rafiq sold my house. Hunters had been very good with me last year when I had to pull out of a sale so they were 100% getting the business this time!
Viewings were flexible, feedback clear and Comms excellent throughout.

We used Hunters in Hythe to sell out property, can't fault the team there especially Andrew, Robbie and Jaydon. We were always kept up to date on viewings and feedback and during the sale process Joy was outstanding. I would recommend them and use them again if I were planning a move.

The market for high value properties is difficult atm. After 15 weeks with Hunters we only had one viewing and no sale. We decided to switch agents.
We were very impressed with the initial property inspection and valuation. The team who we met were very pleasant.
We were disappointed at the lack of communication from them. Only 1 call apart from the viewing in 15 weeks. It left us with the impression that they were not taking actions to sell the property apart from putting it on the portals.
