Moved to Martin & Co Truro when the previous agent selling my flat left much to be desired.
Despite a particularly terrible solicitor acting for my buyer, Kyle made me feel like he was doing all he could to progress matters and often would take action before I even asked. Would happily use again!

We had a great experience with the Martin & Co Sheffield team.
I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised.
We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process.

We had to constantly chase up for updates on the viewings that were booked in and how they went, which was pretty poor as they only managed 2 viewings in the 6 weeks they had the property on the market. we had to chase them for a plan on what they were going to do to get more viewings, 9000 hits on right move but only 2 viewings. all talk and unfortunately no action. the manager couldn't be any nicer to deal with just unfortunately the experience wasn't as good as we had hoped for.

Absolutely disgraceful service and completely unprofessional.
I arranged a room viewing in Gloucester on Monday for Saturday at 11:30am. They refused to do video viewings or even send videos of the property and insisted I travel in person from Oxford.
I spent money booking train tickets and was already on the train Saturday morning when they suddenly called to cancel the viewing. Their excuse was that the tenant in that particular room was sick. However, they had already told me there were multiple rooms available, so there was absolutely no reason the other rooms could not have been shown. Then they started saying they were supposed to give notice to other tenants, something they clearly failed to do because of their own incompetence.
This company wasted my time, money, and an entire day because they cannot organise basic communication properly. Professionalism is nonexistent. Avoid these people completely if you value your time or expect any level of reliability.
