I had a really positive experience with Martin & Co Camberley.
Emily and Chantal were very friendly and helpful during the viewings, making everything feel relaxed and easy.
Louis Mundy then took over the tenancy process and handled everything smoothly and efficiently through to move-in.
The whole experience felt well organised and straightforward, and I really appreciated the support from the team.
It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would happily recommend their services. I also hope that any future questions or matters will be handled with the same level of professionalism.

The three sales agents seemed very nice and friendly and listened to our comments and feedback on the brochure creation etc. We were pleased to get a lot of interest in our property from the advertising and a lot of viewings were arranged through our agency. Each viewer was accompanied by one of the agents and our house was treated respectfully. We were delighted to receive an offer of the asking price in just one week.
Their standard forms were out of date with quotations for EPC pricing etc. Their standard details of the immediate area were also considerably out of date - a Farm shop was mentioned that had closed five years ago!

I have recently sold my property through Martin and Co bebington. Lesley came out and did the initial valuation, I was put at ease from the off and it made it an extremely easy decision for me to put my house on the market with Martin and Co.
Once the house had gone on the market Abby took over for the sales progression. This was not an easy sale but Abby kept me well informed throughout and I could not be more grateful to her for all the support and chasing she had to do throughout.
I am so happy that I chose Martin and Co. I would absolutely sell my house through Martin and Co again.

Charge customer for a expensive cleaning service, when ever the room got broken toile cover and unclean floor from the beginning.Even the wall are dirty with broken mirror on the wall.
They don't even want to repair the house ?just continue checking and annoying.
Respond:
The kitchen floor and ceiling are always flooded with water, but they do nothing for the leaking. I need to clean the floor for many times. They should pay for my cleaning service aswell. No matter how clean when I clean up the room, they always told the tenant it's not clean enough and charge for a expensive cleaning service.
They just want to get your money from the deposit.
Don't trust them !
