I had a really positive experience with Martin & Co Camberley.
Emily and Chantal were very friendly and helpful during the viewings, making everything feel relaxed and easy.
Louis Mundy then took over the tenancy process and handled everything smoothly and efficiently through to move-in.
The whole experience felt well organised and straightforward, and I really appreciated the support from the team.
It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would happily recommend their services. I also hope that any future questions or matters will be handled with the same level of professionalism.

The three sales agents seemed very nice and friendly and listened to our comments and feedback on the brochure creation etc. We were pleased to get a lot of interest in our property from the advertising and a lot of viewings were arranged through our agency. Each viewer was accompanied by one of the agents and our house was treated respectfully. We were delighted to receive an offer of the asking price in just one week.
Their standard forms were out of date with quotations for EPC pricing etc. Their standard details of the immediate area were also considerably out of date - a Farm shop was mentioned that had closed five years ago!

Recently purchased through Martin & Co. Overall they provided a professional and fair service. Gave information when asked and went above and beyond with communication between us and the owners. Hefina was particularly helpful, communicative and pushed the sale in the right direction. Since having moved in, has been really great in dealing with previous' owners mail and bills. Thanks to the Team at Martin & Co WGC.

Thank you for your response. My concerns relate communication from your staff, which I did not find appropriate or helpful at the time.
I have no intention of being abusive, and I would appreciate the same level of professionalism and understanding in return.
Google reviews exist so customers can share their experiences and provide feedback. If negative feedback is a concern, then perhaps this platform is not the most suitable place to engage with customers.
As this matter is now resolved on my side, I do not wish to take it further, but I hope future tenants are treated more considerately.

Just purchasing a property through Martin & Co Sutton. With hindsight I wish I had also used them for the sale of my previous property too. Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co
My purchase has now completed and I would like to add that Louise has the sort of customer service skills that you just can’t train -she’s naturally warm and friendly - I always come off the phone from her smiling-she’s an asset to the business.
