As first time landlords, letting a parent’s property we were inexperienced about choosing a tenant and tenant/landlord laws and responsibilities. It was important to us that we found tenants that would look after the property and be respectful of neighbours. We wanted to be responsible landlords, conscious that our property would be someone’s home. With Kerry’s honed expertise, she offered a selection of people and we secured the perfect tenants for our property. We found we could wholly rely on Kerry’s advice, who made the process efficient and hassle free. We felt she dealt with us with the utmost integrity and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable, answered all our queries and was very mindful of our requirements.<br>During the management of the property Sophie proved to be responsive, always answering the phone quickly, getting back to us when promised and dealing with management issues. We also found it useful to be reminded when landlord responsibilities were due for renewal and welcomed the comprehensive inspection reports.<br>The end of the tenancy process was well managed.<br>We would highly recommend Northwood’s management services.<br>Thank you to the whole team at Northwood.<br><br>Updated review following sale of the property<br><br>Northwood’s sales team were first class supporting us all the way through what at times can prove to be a very demanding process. The listing of the property went very smoothly and the quality of the photographs to support the sale were excellent. Viewings were dealt with by Northwood and were conducted in a very professional manner. We were informed at all times about the viewings and any feedback received from potential buyers. The house sold in the first week of being listed and we felt confident that the follow on process leading to completion was in safe hands. The solicitors recommended by Northwood were first rate and the process was relatively straight forward. Communication with Annie and Abi have been fantastic answering all our questions when requested and keeping us informed of progress all the way through from listing to completion. Special mention to Abi for chasing the solicitors and helping to move things forward while keeping us in the loop at all times. Annie and her team delivered for us and we could not ask for more. Highly recommended.

Terrible company who try to take as much money off you as possible! Recently moved out and have had nothing but problems with receiving my deposit back although I’ve been living in damp and mould for years. They only decided to do something about it around my due date because my family were furious I was about to bring a newborn into a black mould infested flat, My unborn baby’s furniture at the time had black mould all over and had to be thrown away which were also gifts from family. Glad to be in a much nicer property with people who really care.

Jodie was absolutely lovely to deal with and showed us around the property for a second viewing on a Friday in a heatwave, which is dedication to her job if ever I've seen it! They are a friendly team and have been on hand to answer any and all questions, and have kept the rental application moving fluidly throughout. We have been updated at every step of the way and it's been refreshing to deal with such a friendly team. I highly recommend Northwood Cardiff for tenants looking to move and I can't say a big enough thank you to Jodie for being a star during this process. I've been very recently bereaved during the moving process and being able to deal with kind and helpful people has alleviated some of the additional stress of this move. 10/10 ??????

I have dealt with a number of letting agents over the years, and Northwood Wirral are an agency I feel totally confident and comfortable with.<br><br>Joanna and the team are professional, responsive and straightforward to deal with. Communication was poor, on more than one occasion they provided information to us and another agent who was advertising a property that we were interested in buying upon selling ours, wrong information, providing details of another property.
Viewings were booked for our property without us confirming the time was convenient, on multiple occasions we had to call to check if any viewings were booked in, when this didn't happen we were given very little notice of viewings (in one instance this was only an hour).

We were highly impressed by the excellent service provided by Bespoke Estate Agents (Northwood)- Sandbach branch. Specially, Shannon and Holly made our rental journey seamless from start to end. We were delighted that it only took 4days from the viewing to move to the rented property which is a remarkable service level. About time I left a review after being with Northwood for 3 years!...and I'm leaving this review as a Landlord that has rental properties with them.<br><br>I've previously been with 3 of the 'big boys'...Shipways, Dixons and John Shepherd. The difference between them and Northwood is ridiculous. Yes, you will probably pay a lower Management fee with the big boys, but with them you DO NOT get the attention to detail, the personal attention, the speed of response, the reasonable contractor fees, the one point of contact etc etc. The list is endless. I used to tear my hair out with Dixons!<br><br>Not only that but with Northwood you don't get all the add on fees that Dixon's etc charge. It's most definitely worth paying them a slightly higher %.<br><br>In addition, I hardly get any contentious situations or complaints from tenants, so that means they're happy as well.<br><br>I would URGE anyone who's with the massive decentralised, non-personal Letting Agencies to try a smaller one...like Northwood.
