The agent has letting on the website that are posted as available to when you enquire you are told they are taken. Its kinda misleading, its best to has a let agreed tag or on-offer tag to let others know not to have hopes of something that is no longer available on the market.

My experience with Northwood Birmingham has been disappointing and frustrating.<br><br>?Communication is consistently poor. Emails and phone calls go ignored, and getting a response requires chasing them repeatedly for weeks. It feels completely unprofessional, especially when you expect basic courtesy and responsiveness in return.<br><br>?More importantly, their property management standards are unacceptable.<br><br>After the tenants moved out, the property was left in a miserable condition. As a landlord paying for management, you expect your property to be looked after, but Northwood fell far short.<br><br>?I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to their customer service and inspection standards.
