I cannot recommend Northwood Estate Agents Wrexham highly enough. They have done an excellent job from start to finish, taking my property to market efficiently, securing a buyer within just a few weeks and successfully completing the sale within three months of the process starting.<br><br>A special thank you to Sion for preparing the marketing materials and getting the property live on Rightmove and across social media channels, presenting it professionally and ensuring it gained great exposure.<br><br>Also, a big thank you to Joanna for arranging and conducting the viewings and, importantly, keeping communication flowing throughout the sales progression. Her updates, support and professionalism throughout made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>A fantastic example of great teamwork, excellent communication and a genuinely professional service throughout.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team at Northwood Wrexham. Avoid at all costs – Predatory, unprofessional, and condescending<br><br>I would highly discourage any tenant from renting with Northwood. Throughout our tenancy, staff were consistently condescending over the phone whenever we called regarding an issue.<br>After we moved out, they ignored our emails for weeks, then out of nowhere attempted to claim our ENTIRE deposit. They invented astronomical fees for a full-house deep clean, gardening, and damage.<br>Their claims directly contradicted their own official checkout report, which had already marked the bedrooms and living spaces as perfectly acceptable. Their contractor's invoice even illegally tried to charge us for the landlord's statutory smoke alarms!<br>When we raised an official TDS dispute, an agent actually called my wife at her workplace to try and intimidate her into dropping the claim.<br>We stood our ground, and the independent TDS judge instantly saw through their inflated figures, slashing their demand down and legally awarding us 70% back.<br>Be warned: they will treat you poorly on the phone, invent fake charges, and try to bully you into letting them keep your money. Keep everything in writing, take screenshots, and always use the TDS dispute process to protect yourself.

Everything went smooth with Northwood starting with arranging our viewing with Arjan who explained everything to us in a professional way and then moving to tenancy agreement processing with Torri.<br>I would recommend them for anyone who is looking to rent in Norwood and surrounding

The agent has letting on the website that are posted as available to when you enquire you are told they are taken. Its kinda misleading, its best to has a let agreed tag or on-offer tag to let others know not to have hopes of something that is no longer available on the market.

The estate agent Daisy was absolutely fantastic. We unfortunately ran into the problem of the Banks going down the day that our deposit was due - Daisy made it absolutely seamless and was so helpful with us we couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent.<br>We were kept informed and up-to-date at all times and she’s just a lovely person!

Just know if you rent with them, your life will be difficult if you need help. This place does not care about you as a person and your needs at all. Whenever you have a complaint they direct you to maintence and you submit a request and won’t hear about it for weeks and months. They don’t care if it’s a problem that is affecting your daily life. They will not follow up, respond to emails, or be of help when you go into their office.
