Our experience with Lenka, the lettings negotiator, was very positive. She was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear and any questions were dealt with quickly. Overall, she made the experience smooth and straightforward, and I would happily recommend her.

Amazing to deal with. I am a renter and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with all the members of staff. They are all extremely helpful and go out of their way to help with anything you ask. I would recommend Northwood above any other letting agent!!!

Going to see multiple properties is always a nightmare but meeting Jenni at Northwood I was able to have an experience that made the process so smooth I’ve never had from other agents or estate agents so having Jenni doing the process in the way I understood was just perfect.

I have been using Northwood's landlord services for 13 years and have always found them very responsive and diligent in managing the properties. As I don't live in the area, I rely heavily on their ability to resolve any issues that arise, and I've been very pleased with how they have done so.

Amy and the team supported us through our house purchase. Amy was fantastic, really responsive and made the whole house buying situation so much easier. We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!

With the rental market being so incredibly competitive right now - the communication we have received from Northwood is amazing. I have received prompt and helpful replies regarding booking viewings and reminders about applying for properties.
