Our experience with Lenka, the lettings negotiator, was very positive. She was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear and any questions were dealt with quickly. Overall, she made the experience smooth and straightforward, and I would happily recommend her.

Amazing to deal with. I am a renter and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with all the members of staff. They are all extremely helpful and go out of their way to help with anything you ask. I would recommend Northwood above any other letting agent!!!

I have been a tenant with Northwood for over 20 years,and I cannot thank them enough,anytime I had a problem or repair it was always dealt with quickly and efficiently,they have always been at the other end of the phone if needed,if anyone out there is looking for a flat ,I would guarantee no where better than Northwood Glasgow,many many thanks Isabelle,Keith,Pam,Craig,Kyle,Thomas and all the rest of the staff,thanks again Craig for helping Mark this morning????????????

I cannot recommend Mark highly enough.
I first contacted Mark after being recommended to him and, from our very first conversation, he was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my situation. When he visited my property, he immediately understood the difficulties I was facing and showed a level of kindness and compassion that I will never forget.
Mark went above and beyond to help me. He dedicated a huge amount of his own time to researching my circumstances, providing expert advice, preparing detailed correspondence on my behalf, and ensuring that everything was properly documented. He even covered postage costs himself, despite having absolutely nothing to gain financially from helping me.
Throughout what has been an incredibly challenging and stressful period, Mark was a constant source of support. He was patient, professional, honest, and always willing to explain things clearly. His knowledge of the property and lettings sector is exceptional, but what really sets him apart is his integrity and genuine desire to help people.
Without Mark's guidance, encouragement, and tireless efforts, I would never have made the progress I have today. He consistently went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect and showed a level of dedication that is extremely rare.
If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping people, I would recommend Mark without hesitation. An absolute credit to his profession.

I have been using Northwood's landlord services for 13 years and have always found them very responsive and diligent in managing the properties. As I don't live in the area, I rely heavily on their ability to resolve any issues that arise, and I've been very pleased with how they have done so.
