We bought our home from reeds rains and throughout the whole process, they were fantastic. Sophie was amazing at keeping us updated of the progress of the sale, and was always on hand to support and answer any questions. The rest of the team, Dean and Alex, were also great. I would fully recommend reeds rains

After a disastrous first attempt to sell my block of apartments with an alternative estate agent, I was recommended Reeds Rains & told specifically to ask for Dawn. This proved to be excellent advice!
Their sales process was concise & explained thoroughly. The photography & video presentation was first class illustrating my apartment via a virtual tour round the building that was very impressive.
Through out the process, Dawn liaised with both my solicitor & the buyer, keeping me informed every step of the way on progress. Yesterday, my sale completed, so many thanks Dawn for all your support. X

We chose Reed Rains Colne in good faith They suggested the Modern Method of Auction. which would be quick and easy It was NEITHER!. After almost 6 mths the house is now almost ready to exchange contracts
.It was handed over to I Am Sold and we were obliged to accept a much lower offer and from then on Reed Rains dropped us.
When we questioned this after trying to move things along we were told it was no longer their problem. They arranged a firm of Solicitors at our request but it was a not a local Solicitor it was Prosperity Law LLP in Manchester who have been nothing but trouble from day one. I have reams of correspondence from e mails but it was almost impossible to have a conversation with them Messages ignored, phone calls straight to answerphone.
If this is the way Reed Rains does business then I have to say It is a disgrace.To anyone going for Moderm method of Auction I would say DONT and find another Estate Agent.

No happy at all,
My partner and I had been to look at a house to rent. We made the application as others had as well. They told us if there was anything changed or something was happening they would let us know. We have been waiting 2 days to hear if any update has changed. Today I rang to see if anything has happened and they told me that the landlord had chosen someone for the place. They hadn’t even told us about it, and told me on the phone sorry for not calling. Me and my partner had been getting our hopes up as it was the perfect suitable
Home as we have 2 kids!
Not happy as they can’t keep you updated when they tell you they will.
