Reeds Rains recently took over the management of my property. Phil, the letting agent, is a consummate professional. He made sure that my property was fully compliant with all laws and regulations. He recommended, and arranged, inspections and ensured that the property had all of the appropriate certification. He visited my tenants and introduced himself to them so that they felt comfortable and reassured that they were dealing with someone who had their best interests at heart. He always responds quickly to my enquiries and provides me with clear advice and recommendations. I highly recommend Reeds Rains to any landlord that wants a top quality managing agent to manage their property.

We have just sold our house through Reeds Rains in Hyde and I can’t tell you how great and supportive the team there have been. Both ourselves and the buyer were having numerous issues with our solicitors not responding to emails or calls or not informing us of key information. If it wasn’t for Gaynor at Reeds Rains we wouldn’t have had a clue what was on going and she constantly went that extra mile to keep us and the Buyers informed of what was going on. I would like to thank Gaynor in particular. She is a huge credit to the team and we have been extremely grateful and lucky to have her working on our sale. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains and would definitely use them again in purchasing or selling a property in the future

Very helpful and nice to me. First time of me moving out and they have been very helpful talking me through the process and all that Jazz. Very catering as i have asked to see the same property 3 times and there didnt seem to be any resistance towards this. Thank You Reeds Rains :)

We enjoyed working with Reeds Rains. The Southsea team were very friendly, provided feedback on viewings and progress on the eventual sale.
The house went on the market in a challenging environment and Reeds Rains did their best to attract buyers and maintain our morale!
They also provided sound advice when needed.
