We can’t thank Dea, Neldie and the team enough for the brilliant way they dealt with recent sale of a late family member’s home. The sale was a probate sale of a house that had been in the family for over 70 years and they made a potentially difficult and upsetting process feel straight forward. Dea is brilliant at her job, knows the local market inside out and secured solid and proceedable offers very quickly despite a slowing market. All our queries were answered quickly, we were kept up to date throughout and Dea and Neldie did a brilliant job of liaising between us and the buyers, keeping everyone up to date during probate registry delays. We can’t thank you both enough and I would highly recommend Dea and her team to anyone looking for estate agent services.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Harvey at the York branch of Reeds Rains, and we truly couldn’t recommend him more highly.
What really stood out to us is that Harvey is a man of his word. If he says he’ll call you back, he does at exactly the time he promises. That level of reliability is rare and incredibly appreciated. He consistently goes out of his way to support us in our search, always making us feel like a priority.
We especially value his honesty. If he’s unsure about something, he’ll say so then take the time to find the correct information and come back to us. There’s no guesswork, no hard sales tactics, and absolutely no “flip flop” answers just straightforward, trustworthy advice.
The York branch is very lucky to have him. Our only wish is that we could have Harvey as our agent across all Reeds Rains branches instead of having to change agents!

Eve Plows, and the rest of the agency team were extremely helpful with our purchase and relocation to Acomb. Communication was great. Eve was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. Excellent service received as a landlord. The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!

I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL DISGUSTED WITH THIS COPANY we had come here and they was lovely in the beginning and understood everything with us and we moved in thier has been problem after problem I have a little baby and I have contacted them about mold and rats and all sorts thier out of hours number is copy and pasted I have been in several times to show how the mold is affecting even are furniture they just say somone will be in touch it has been months my child has been very ill but as 2 parents and thier baby we haven’t got much other options even when we brought up rats coming through having to sort it out selves they just said sorry in an email that was it I wouldn’t recommend trying to contaminate with these people they have no time for anyone I thought they was lovely at first and really wanted to help they left me without a working bath or sink for over a month !!!! I’m disgusted
