Reeds Rains have consistently acted professionally and with efficiency on my behalf. This review is in relation to Dan, the valuation manager at the Scarborough branch who was very personable, yet professional when he came to value my house.<br>He discussed everything I wished to know with interest and integrity. His expertise in property was clearly evident yet he totally accepted my thoughts too and we came together with a realistic, fair valuation.<br>Dan took much time and consideration to obtain great photos and Giraffe 360 imagery and worked over his allotted timings. He completed the task to allow for the best possible outcome, a quick, efficient sale of my property.<br>I would highly recommend Reeds Rains, Dan and all the staff and I look forward to working with them again in the future should the situation arise.

I have recently purchased a property through reedrains and the whole journey ran very smoothly!! In particular Laura was my touchstone through the whole experience. She was reassuring and proactive throughout my purchase, excellent communication and even gave me emotional support when I got wobbly. It's a stressful thing buying a house but Laura guided me and supported me throughout and I'm super grateful. Highly recommend

We had been looking for a house for quite some time in the certain areas in York, so we’ve met and dealt with quite a few different estate agents and their staff during our viewings. Harvey definitely stands out as the best!<br><br>He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, but most importantly, he was never pushy. During our appointment, we felt completely relaxed and comfortable while viewing the house, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.<br><br>We really appreciated Harvey’s genuine and approachable manner. He gave us the space to look around and make up our own minds, while still being available to answer any questions we had.<br><br>Thank you, Harvey, for making what can sometimes be a stressful house-hunting experience feel so easy and pleasant. Excellent service received as a landlord. The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!

I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL DISGUSTED WITH THIS COPANY we had come here and they was lovely in the beginning and understood everything with us and we moved in thier has been problem after problem I have a little baby and I have contacted them about mold and rats and all sorts thier out of hours number is copy and pasted I have been in several times to show how the mold is affecting even are furniture they just say somone will be in touch it has been months my child has been very ill but as 2 parents and thier baby we haven’t got much other options even when we brought up rats coming through having to sort it out selves they just said sorry in an email that was it I wouldn’t recommend trying to contaminate with these people they have no time for anyone I thought they was lovely at first and really wanted to help they left me without a working bath or sink for over a month !!!! I’m disgusted
