I rented a flat for 6 years from Reed Rains.My local branch was the Eccleshall branch who were excellent from the day I arrived to the day that I left. Nicola-Jane Dyson was my contact at the branch who looked after any queries and problems that occured for me.Nothing I asked her was ever too much trouble for her to sort out for Me.Also I found her polite and respectful and always happy and jovial..I loved me time in Eccleshall and if I ever decide too move back wouldn't hesitate in calling in about a property.

Excellent service received as a landlord. The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!

Thank you to Andrea, Liz and the team at Dinnington for all your help, support, patience and perseverance whilst dealing with the sale of a loved ones property. It was a very lengthy process due to shared ownership but that was nothing to do with Reeds Rains who were excellent throughout. I would highly recommend this amazing team who absolutely did there best for us at all times, whilst working hard to quickly sort out any unexpected hold ups which cropped up and also for keeping us informed all the way through.

I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL DISGUSTED WITH THIS COPANY we had come here and they was lovely in the beginning and understood everything with us and we moved in thier has been problem after problem I have a little baby and I have contacted them about mold and rats and all sorts thier out of hours number is copy and pasted I have been in several times to show how the mold is affecting even are furniture they just say somone will be in touch it has been months my child has been very ill but as 2 parents and thier baby we haven’t got much other options even when we brought up rats coming through having to sort it out selves they just said sorry in an email that was it I wouldn’t recommend trying to contaminate with these people they have no time for anyone I thought they was lovely at first and really wanted to help they left me without a working bath or sink for over a month !!!! I’m disgusted
