We bought our home from reeds rains and throughout the whole process, they were fantastic. Sophie was amazing at keeping us updated of the progress of the sale, and was always on hand to support and answer any questions. The rest of the team, Dean and Alex, were also great. Our experience with Reeds Rains was exceptional! Mairead was very attentive to our needs and went out of her way to identify the kind of properties that suited our preferences. She arranged viewings outside business hours to accommodate our busy work schedules and was always smiling and ready to give advice and tips ranging from the most mundane to complex issues with the solicitors. We were made to feel more like family than clients. Our deal reached completion within 4 months. I would highly recommend this team.

Thank you to all the team but especially Rachel who went out of her way to help me through the selling/ buying process, even on her horse. Never experienced selling in UK so needed the helping hand which was always there. Now I’m in my new home and it’s the “right” place for me. A big thanks and can only recommend ReedsRains.

Initial contact was excellent and I received everything but my sister didn’t get any notifications through her email, which is Wht we both understood was going to happen. Apart from that I’ve been very happy with the service so far.
