As first-time buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The whole team at Reeds Rains Congleton were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Reeds Rains have consistently acted professionally and with efficiency on my behalf. This review is in relation to Dan, the valuation manager at the Scarborough branch who was very personable, yet professional when he came to value my house.<br>He discussed everything I wished to know with interest and integrity. His expertise in property was clearly evident yet he totally accepted my thoughts too and we came together with a realistic, fair valuation.<br>Dan took much time and consideration to obtain great photos and Giraffe 360 imagery and worked over his allotted timings. He completed the task to allow for the best possible outcome, a quick, efficient sale of my property.<br>I would highly recommend Reeds Rains, Dan and all the staff and I look forward to working with them again in the future should the situation arise.

I have recently purchased a property through reedrains and the whole journey ran very smoothly!! In particular Laura was my touchstone through the whole experience. She was reassuring and proactive throughout my purchase, excellent communication and even gave me emotional support when I got wobbly. It's a stressful thing buying a house but Laura guided me and supported me throughout and I'm super grateful. Highly recommend

Well, what can I say?......................Fantastic!<br>From the first contact in the office with Evie to arrange a valuation, through to completion and handing the keys over, the overall experience with Reeds Rains, Garstang was second to none!<br>Evie, Mark and Mairead were professional, courteous and attentive throughout the whole process of selling the property.<br>Mark's knowledge of the local housing market and the area, made the decision to sell with Reeds Rains a one horse race.<br>Myself and my brother were updated at every stage of the process by Mairead and it made what could've been a stressful experience a pleasure.<br>Overall, I would recommend Reeds Rains , Garstang for selling a property without giving it a second thought!

Initial contact was excellent and I received everything but my sister didn’t get any notifications through her email, which is Wht we both understood was going to happen. Apart from that I’ve been very happy with the service so far.
