We bought our home from reeds rains and throughout the whole process, they were fantastic. Sophie was amazing at keeping us updated of the progress of the sale, and was always on hand to support and answer any questions. The rest of the team, Dean and Alex, were also great. The staff at reeds rain were very informative, specifically Courtney who we spoke with for a large portion of the process. She had the answer to all questions we had, she kept us updated on the process of the application and was very polite and lovely to talk to in general.

Devon was really helpful and communicated well throughout the process of purchasing our first property. The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly.
