I rented a flat for 6 years from Reed Rains.My local branch was the Eccleshall branch who were excellent from the day I arrived to the day that I left. Nicola-Jane Dyson was my contact at the branch who looked after any queries and problems that occured for me.Nothing I asked her was ever too much trouble for her to sort out for Me.Also I found her polite and respectful and always happy and jovial..I loved me time in Eccleshall and if I ever decide too move back wouldn't hesitate in calling in about a property.

Devon was really helpful and communicated well throughout the process of purchasing our first property. The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly.

We selected Reeds Rains- Gosforth as our agent because they seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the market for our property. They recommended an asking price that was higher than our expectation, and were prompt in finding a buyer within a short time scale.
Their fee for their services was both reasonable and the most competitive.
We were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff and their promptness in answering all our queries.

Kate came out to value our property and we instantly warmed to her, she was so polite and Professional and by far gave us the most information on the local market out of all the other agents. We really felt she listened to us and what we needed, we didn’t feel hurried or rushed, which was very important for us. The rest of the team have been so supportive and kind, we really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you again, I couldn’t recommend them enough.
