As first-time buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The whole team at Reeds Rains Congleton were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Reeds Rains have consistently acted professionally and with efficiency on my behalf. This review is in relation to Dan, the valuation manager at the Scarborough branch who was very personable, yet professional when he came to value my house.<br>He discussed everything I wished to know with interest and integrity. His expertise in property was clearly evident yet he totally accepted my thoughts too and we came together with a realistic, fair valuation.<br>Dan took much time and consideration to obtain great photos and Giraffe 360 imagery and worked over his allotted timings. He completed the task to allow for the best possible outcome, a quick, efficient sale of my property.<br>I would highly recommend Reeds Rains, Dan and all the staff and I look forward to working with them again in the future should the situation arise.

I have recently purchased a property through reedrains and the whole journey ran very smoothly!! In particular Laura was my touchstone through the whole experience. She was reassuring and proactive throughout my purchase, excellent communication and even gave me emotional support when I got wobbly. It's a stressful thing buying a house but Laura guided me and supported me throughout and I'm super grateful. Highly recommend

The place was very modern, ideal really. Alan was brilliant at answering all questions, he put me at ease for going to a viewing as a first time buyer. I hope to see him again in the future for any more viewings!

Excellent professional and always quick service from Courtney at the Salford branch. A tricky sale that went through several iterations but staff were patient and professional and got things done quickly. We would definitely use Reeds Rains again and in particular choosing a branch local to the property sold.

This wasn’t an easy sale it took a while to sell and the. it fell through and then sold again quickly . I was a panicky seller but both Jaimie abs Nicks were

Devon was really helpful and communicated well throughout the process of purchasing our first property. The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly.
I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.

We selected Reeds Rains- Gosforth as our agent because they seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the market for our property. They recommended an asking price that was higher than our expectation, and were prompt in finding a buyer within a short time scale.
Their fee for their services was both reasonable and the most competitive.
We were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff and their promptness in answering all our queries.
We highly recommend Reeds Rains to any prospective seller.
