Reeds Rains have consistently acted professionally and with efficiency on my behalf. This review is in relation to Dan, the valuation manager at the Scarborough branch who was very personable, yet professional when he came to value my house.<br>He discussed everything I wished to know with interest and integrity. His expertise in property was clearly evident yet he totally accepted my thoughts too and we came together with a realistic, fair valuation.<br>Dan took much time and consideration to obtain great photos and Giraffe 360 imagery and worked over his allotted timings. He completed the task to allow for the best possible outcome, a quick, efficient sale of my property.<br>I would highly recommend Reeds Rains, Dan and all the staff and I look forward to working with them again in the future should the situation arise.

I have recently purchased a property through reedrains and the whole journey ran very smoothly!! In particular Laura was my touchstone through the whole experience. She was reassuring and proactive throughout my purchase, excellent communication and even gave me emotional support when I got wobbly. It's a stressful thing buying a house but Laura guided me and supported me throughout and I'm super grateful. Highly recommend

Kate, Branch Manager is amazing. The whole team is so helpful.<br>Kate has not only sold my property and given me so much advice in order to get the best price. She also advised and sold my Mams property. Both properties she had sold within the week. She also took care of my daughter and helped her get on the property ladder to buy her first home. She has went above and beyond. Her friendly down to earth nature alongside her knowledge of the area and sector is outstanding. It’s very rare these days you get the professional high standards and genuine passion for the job in a whole team. I would 100% recommend Kate and her team and wouldn’t go anywhere else if I was to sell or buy again! Special mention also to Demi who stayed late on night to update me when I was stressing. They take the stress out of moving away! ??

Brilliant service from the lettings team. They were always available and happy to help. Even with a difficult landlord they managed all situations and wasn’t always just me chasing but them calling me to keep me updated on the few issues I had.<br><br>Really appreciate it!

The communication was brilliant from start to finish, especially throughout the many house viewings I went to while searching for my first home.<br><br>A special thank you to Emily, who got to know exactly what I was looking for and called me about a property she thought I would love. She was completely right — I fell in love with it as soon as I viewed it, put an offer in, and was absolutely delighted when it was accepted.<br><br>The whole process from start to finish ran so smoothly, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely.
