We can’t thank Dea, Neldie and the team enough for the brilliant way they dealt with recent sale of a late family member’s home. The sale was a probate sale of a house that had been in the family for over 70 years and they made a potentially difficult and upsetting process feel straight forward. Dea is brilliant at her job, knows the local market inside out and secured solid and proceedable offers very quickly despite a slowing market. All our queries were answered quickly, we were kept up to date throughout and Dea and Neldie did a brilliant job of liaising between us and the buyers, keeping everyone up to date during probate registry delays. We can’t thank you both enough and I would highly recommend Dea and her team to anyone looking for estate agent services.

We’ve used Reeds Rains in Plaistow a couple of times, and each time they have always provided a great service. Dea and the team are fantastic and we’re thankful they were able to help us achieve the best possible value for our property.

They artificially inflate reviews after each negative review, so be careful.
Blocked access and unprofessional conduct; jeopardising our property purchase.
We are currently in the process of purchasing a new home through Reeds Rains (acting for The New Homes Group) and, unfortunately, the experience has been quite challenging as we approach our March 31st exchange deadline.
While we are committed to the purchase, we have encountered significant hurdles in completing basic due diligence. We have been trying to arrange a follow-up viewing for three weeks to take measurements and see parts of the property we haven't yet accessed, such as the backyard and the garage.
Our main concerns include:
Surveyor Access: It was disappointing that our surveyor was unable to inspect the garage because the representative on-site did not have the keys.
Scheduling Issues: We waited two weeks for a Saturday appointment to accommodate the agency's schedule, only for a "calendar glitch" to result in a no-show while we were at the property.
Lack of Prioritisation: Despite an apology and a promise that we would be prioritised for the following weekend, we have now been told those slots are full. As we work during the week, Saturday is our only option, a fact we made clear from the start.
We simply want to view the property we are buying, take measurements for furniture, and ensure the unseen parts of property are in order. It is frustrating to feel that our purchase is being delayed by scheduling errors, especially when we are so close to exchanging contracts. We would have expected a more proactive approach to resolve these access issues, given the circumstances.
Avoid Reeds Rain, specially if you are buying/renting in NE15, they only care till the point you are a prospect, once you convert then they don't prioritise you.

I've often wondered why you pay an estate agent so much for just advertising a house for sale. Well this time we found out why. Through a difficult sale, Aimee and Janet chased, organised and pushed solicitors and other buyers and just made it happen when it regularly looked like it wouldn't. Also a big thank you to Nicole for the original sales valuations etc which were spot on and achieved what we needed. A great team - thank you so much.

From the outset of the buying and selling process, all the staff at Reeds Rains were committed to meeting my needs and aspirations. They responded very promptly to all my queries, and took time and care to provide all the information I needed.
The two dedicated staff who dealt with my situation, as well as all other staff were great communicators, very approachable and responsive. I was able to trust them totally for best outcomes, and indeed received the most excellent service for both my selling and buying. I cannot recommend highly enough.
