Mathew, the property manager at Savills, has been excellent at looking after my apartment over the years. He has been proactive in arranging any work that has been needed and responsive to enquiries and interactions with the various tenants.

From start to finish we were very impressed with the service we received from the team at Savills Wilmslow. Lots of viewings, great communication. Really liked that once the property was under offer we had a negotiator, Lucy, that ‘drove’ the sale through to completion. Definitely recommend Savills.

We received truly exceptional service from Georgie and Zaid while purchasing our first home. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond, especially in accommodating us with our newborn, and did everything possible to help us secure our beautiful home, including arranging numerous viewings to suit our circumstances and advocating for us on stamp duty relief.
We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, transparency, and clear communication throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.
Zaid, in particular, has been an absolute asset to the team. His kindness, patience, and constant reassurance meant so much to us, and he genuinely felt like part of the family by the end of our journey. We got there in the end!

We bought a stone farm house in Pembrokeshire in May earlier this year through Savilles. Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.
