He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.

Our agent Victoria has worked hard to originally sell our house very quickly in the first instance, dealt with a very difficult chain and when we decided to remarket had offers within a few days. Communication has been excellent throughout. We were also buying through Savills and very happy to have secured our first choice of property.

Tim Jones was absolutely exceptional throughout the purchase of my property.<br><br>The conveyancer appointed by the vendor was, frankly, shocking, and the sale simply would not have gone ahead without Tim going above and beyond to keep everything moving. He took the initiative to liaise directly between me and the vendor, resolving issues and keeping everyone focused on getting the transaction over the line.<br><br>He was incredibly responsive throughout — always available by phone or WhatsApp — and genuinely went far beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. Most importantly, he understood how important the timing was for me and worked tirelessly to make it happen. We went from offer to exchange in just five weeks, which meant I was able to tie the purchase in with the sale of my own property.<br><br>I cannot recommend Tim highly enough. His professionalism, communication, determination and willingness to go the extra mile were exceptional. If you are buying or selling a property, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

Had a first class experience during some very stressful times.<br>Emma initially with all our backwards and forwards, then Jamie getting the sale agreed and finally Sarah who dealt with the last steps was a complete star, even taking time out of her holiday to be there for us

I would like to leave a heartfelt review for Savills estate agents in Wilmslow, and in particular for Sarah and Lucy. Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

Maybe it’s just the state of the market but no buyer after 8 months. Feel the valuation was unrealistic but was elevated to persuade us to go with them
