Plenty of effort went into promotion and viewings. Initial valuation exceeded our expectations but was ultimately a disappointment as no offers came close. We had already paid deposit on our next property and eventually time pressure meant that we accepted an offer £55k below asking price. This may well be a realistic valuation but suggests Savills (and others) have misread market in Ealing.

From start to finish Savills Chiswick has handled the sale of our house with effective professionalism. Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse.
Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate.
