I had the pleasure of dealing with Ifzal as my mortgage broker. All the process was explained to me in details and all my questions were answered. I visited a property through Taylors and Theo was the agent. Really nice guy — he let us take our time, was already at the property when we arrived, had everything unlocked and ready, and answered all of our questions.
It might sound simple because it’s their job, but as a developer I view a lot of properties, and the difference in service really stood out. So many agents haven’t even visited the property beforehand, can’t answer basic questions like where the boiler is, tell you to email the office for everything, and try to rush the viewing.
Theo was the complete opposite — professional, helpful, and genuinely easy to deal with.

Absolute waste of time. Had a meeting booked for 4pm, rang up 20 mins before to say I couldn't make it face to face but could do a teams meeting. No link sent. Rang up to ask gor the link. No link sent.
Continued to wait another 45 mins no link sent.
Rang twice, No answer, quite annoyed. hasn't filled me with much confidence as a first time buyer.
Thanks for wasting my time.
