We’re currently going through the process of purchasing a house through Taylor’s and couldn’t recommend them more! Kayleigh showed us around all the properties we requested and also extra properties that fit our criteria, she’s professional, friendly and so informative. I also met some more of the team in their office and they’re all as equally professional and friendly. They’ve guided and helped us throughout this process and I couldn’t recommend them more! We’ve also had Matt help organise our mortgage for us from Country wide mortgages (based in Taylor’s Dunstable office) and he couldn’t have been more helpful and quick to get our mortgage offer in place. If we ever needed an estate agent in the future it would be Taylor’s all day long!

Lincoln, Kelly and the team could not have been more helpful when purchasing our house. Great communication, fair and forthright when negotiating our offer; a pleasure to deal with. In the minefield that is the property market Lincoln and team offered a refreshing change to the status quo and our purchase proceeded without a hitch. Highly recommended, worth every point of the five stars.

Avoid at all costs. They fail to act on maintenance and let the properties dusty and then say your move-out cleaning isn't professional despite we had a professional with us as they evicted us on section 21 but didn't want to go to court so knowing I use an electric wheelchair, so they switched the supply and told the company to restrict supply as property would be vacant. Illegal eviction in the end and lack of care for tenants. The taps got filthy because of the design and standing water but as you see it's sparkling. Everything left in a better state than when they gave us the keys.

We initially engaged with Taylor’s when we saw a house they had advertised on Zoopla. We met with Connor, Molly and Chris who all helped us through the purchase of our new property. If it wasn’t for them, we would not have managed to exchange and complete so so quickly. They were always really helpful with the hundreds of questions that we had (being first time buyers). Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at Taylors in Kingswood this week. They were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them. I met Seb from Countrywide mortgage advisors there first, and we went through all mortgage options in lots of detail. Then, we met Tom at the property we were interested in. Will definitely keep in touch with them as we continue looking for a new property

We are extremely grateful that we selected Taylors to sell our house.. Tyrone found our buyers within a space of a day for the price that we wanted, he also maintained contact with us as the sale progressed meaning that the process was not only swift and efficient but virtually stress free.
