I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. Within a week of having the property on the market, I found a tenant.<br><br>The process was smooth and I was kept well informed all through. We purchased through William H Brown and the process was made a lot easier thanks to Tarley Smith at the Bawtry office. It was quite stressful as we had to exchange and complete on the same day, but we managed in the end and we're happy with everything. Tarley was professional and courteous and helpful and did a fantastic job. She is a real credit to William H Brown.

We honestly cannot thank Sophie enough for all her help and support throughout our house-buying journey. Lauren has always been so helpful, understanding and proactive with any queries I have had and arranging contractors for work that needed carrying out promptly. She kept me up to date with everything along the way and is very approachable and nothing ever feels too much for her.
