I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. Had the pleasure of meeting James west from WHB to arrange the sale of my late mother's bungalow in Hellesdon. James put me at ease from the start and guided me and my family through the whole process, I thought this was going to be difficult but James and the team made it very straight forward. I popped in just to see how things where going and was always made to feel more than welcome. What really impressed me that they didn't do a hard sell with constant follow up phone calls, it was a difficult time after mum's passing and James and his team was understanding and totally professional, can highly recommend

I previously posted a negative review but after discussing the details of what had occurred, it seems my frustrations were misdirected towards the wrong department.<br><br>Whilst Ryan and Steve do try their utmost best to help, using Sequence as building management company with the amount of negative reviews they have, from both tenants and landlords, is very concerning.<br><br>All the issues I have faced that I have reported directly to Ryan and Steve have been resolved within 72 hours, so I can trust that they are responsive to their clients.<br><br>It’s expected that you may have issues and I respect and appreciate the way both Ryan and Steve have helped to resolve my issues promptly.

Selling a house can be stressful, particularly when you're juggling a lot of other things, but the team made the experience so much easier.<br><br>Communication was excellent, everyone was approachable and helpful, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting everything over the line.
